Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Shinjuku City

Friend and I stayed at Eric's listing for about 10 days. Eric was very responsive and was always a message away should we had any questions. While the place may be smaller than expected, my friend and I appreciated having our own bathrooms and bedrooms, although it might be tight for 4 people total. The area is more Korean, so you'll see bars and bbq restaurants open late. The subway was a short walk away while the JR line was 10 mins away should we need to go somewhwre further. Super close to convenient stores to stop at if you are missing anything from your trip. Having washers/ dryers available prepared us in packing less as we were able to wash our clothes. Highly recommend the stay!

I would very highly recommend Oki's property to any prospective guest. I told him when we were checking out, he is the kind of host that has carefully thought out each possible thing you may need during your stay. This is another level of attention to detail that does not go unnoticed and really separates a good host from great. Oki was also incredibly responsive and one of the friendliest hosts we have come across. His little courteous and considerate offerings during our stay was so appreciated. We rented three units off of Oki and each were immaculately clean and well explained at checkin. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Tolles Airbnb für Tokio. Nicht weit weg vom zwei Bahnhöfen von denen man überall hin gelangt. Dort gibt's auch unendlich viele Essensmöglichkeiten, welche auch noch günstiger als in der City sind. Trotzdem Nachts sehr ruhig da in einer Seitenstraße. Kommunikation war immer super schnell und nett. Leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Nut das Bett fanden wir etwas zu hart, aber das ist ja immer Geschmackssache.

We had a really great time in this flat. It is a quiet, peaceful place and yet very close to the train stations to get you to your desired destination quickly. Many nice restaurant in less than 10 minutes walking distance. Sayuki is a very kind and helpful host, always fast to response and they even changes the towels during our stay. The place is very clean and looks just like in the pictures. One small remark for us was the size (but I guess it’s to be expected in a city like Tokio): We stayed for one week and for two people with big luggage it got a bit tight after 3/4 days. But other than that, great place to explore Tokio from! Thank you!

The place is comfortable and decent with useful amenities like washing machine and portable wifi. There's a subway entrance a minute away and good places to eat. Also quite spacious for the price. Great option if you want to be near Shinjuku.

It's a wonderful place! The host gives clear instructions and the entire check-in process is fast and clear! You feel at home, it was clean and very cozy) I really liked the view of the greenery from the window. Plenty of room for things) if I'm in Tokyo, I'll definitely be back!

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

This place is an absolute gem and Mizuki was amazing. The locations to central and so much to see and do close by. The place is so homely, and we felt welcome and at home immediately. We are a family of 5 and there was a heap of space for us all. There were snacks, condiments and so many little added bonuses that you just don’t get from other hosts. Amazing. Thanks for having us in your beautiful home🙏💯

Yuki has a lovely, comfortable house which is on a quiet side road but is still accessible to the metro station, lots of restaurants and shops. Yuki was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions and gave us some good recommendations and things to do in the area. Also on the last day when our plane was cancelled- so stressful - Yuki was very understanding and kind, offering to extend our stay. An excellent host and definitely recommended. Thank you Yuki!

Harvey and Lei are great! My family had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The house has everything you would need, and I like that the location is outside of the very busy parts of Tokyo but still close to the stations. My family walked to a bagel place called Kepo each morning for bagels and then spend the day in different parts of Tokyo. The house is a great place to come back to after a busy day in the city. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come again!

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

Overall everything is great and good. Clean and spotless furniture and floor , Amenities complete for us using a few days there. Maybe advice about the toilet mat is abit slippery so better dont put that.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Hi everyone, Warm House is a great location to be in as it’s only a block from the station. K-Town was also in walking distance (~5min walk) and Shinjuku Golden Gai was a train ride away. Our unit was easy to get to, and with two bedrooms and bathrooms, my friend and I had privacy. Eric was great in welcoming us, giving instructions to check in, and further maintain care of the unit and use of other available amenities.
