Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

The pictures doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the home is. Nicholas was super nice and very helpful helping me out when I didn’t know how to check in. He answered really quickly. This was my first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and every time I come to Arkansas now that is where I will be staying.

Such an amazing experience. It was perfect. We visit Little Rock once a year all the way from New Zealand to visit family. Although our visits can be busy, this house made it feel like a real holiday! This Airbnb is the dream, it has everything. It is fun, classy, spacious, clean and Diana is so incredibly great at hosting! It is super close to food, shops - the location is great. I hope to come back every year we visit! It is everything I want in an Airbnb. Thank you Diana!

Very nice house with the nicest swimming pool we have ever rented. The grandkids loved the long shallow end, but there was a deep end too for scavenger games. The fire pit with available wood was nice, yes had s’more’s equipment. We just wanted to get away & hangout with family, so it was perfect. A play area & tv for the kids, as well as the family room to watch a ballgame or whatever. Only 10-15 min from town when we realized we forgot something or when we were ready for pizza or doughnuts!

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Love this place. It is in a great location with a beautiful view. It is one of favorite places we have stayed in Arkansas. Thank you for opening it up for rent.

Loved the house and it was completely furnished and every detail thought out. The view is beautiful and peaceful on the golf course. We loved our stay with entire family and would definitely recommend this home.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves! The house was just as described and worth the price. Denver and Brandy were super nice, responsive, and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly magical place to stay!

Daniel was very responsive and so helpful. He is a very honest host and seems to take pride in his rentals. I would recommend him to friends and family and would book with him again if I ever come back to Arkansas!

Loved staying at Carens cozy lil house! It was very homey and we all slept great. The backyard was probably my favorite part with the beautiful tree and green grass 😊

Great house with all the amenities of home! Our host, Damon, was excellent with all communications. The house had everything we needed inside and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. The kitchen was spacious, so we were able to make some homemade meals for our family that are stationed at LRAFB. The location was close to LRAFB and close to many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet with kind neighbors. The home was clean, well kept, and comfy. We look forward to our next visit!

Absolutely wonderful home. Pretty much everything is brand new. Very comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out. Great outdoor sitting area inside a well maintained, fenced-in yard. Neighborhood is on the up and up, but the property is very secure. None of our family party felt unsafe...many late nights back to the home by uber/lyft from downtown with no issues. Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest parts of town. Plan to make this my go-to place for future Little Rock visits! I really enjoyed my stay here! The house is older, but the vintage charm and character made it feel cozy and unique, just like the peaceful neighborhood it’s in. Everything was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Brita filter in the fridge. It’s a great spot to unwind and feel at home.

Our group of 10 women selected this home as a place to stay overnite before our long weekend retreat nearby. We couldn't have been more pleased with this gorgeous location! From the serene surroundings, nestled in a semi-secluded wooded area, to the amazingly beautiful bedrooms & common areas, we had more than enough room for all of us to spread out & feel comfortable, without feeling the least bit crowded. And that kitchen!! So well appointed, with all the best dishes, utensils, appliances - even more than enough coffee for all of us! The gorgeous deck provided a perfect spot for us to enjoy the evening air & morning coffee & the beds were some of the most comfy we've ever experienced. Checkout, while sort of early, couldn't have been more simple, especially compared to other places we've stayed in the past. Our only regret was that we were only there for one nite. Definitely adding this to our list of future accommodation options!

very cute and spacious house in a nice neighborhood. I loved the thoughtful decorating in this place and also loved their boardgame selection! The front porch is an especially nice place to hang out and enjoy the afternoon. This house is very well suited for people with pets or children, we didn't have either, but appreciate the eye to detail. The front entrance has multiple steps to get to, but the back entrance only had about 5 and the back entrance includes parking. The house is one level and the main bedroom has a shower you can step into so it is likely a good place for people who have mobility concerns.

We stayed in LR for my daughter's dissertation. We had 3 couples and a baby. This house was amazing. Homey, beautiful, well done. Everything we needed was there and we spent quality time at the fire pit each night. House was clean, pretty, and historical. Directions were clear and the host was available to answer any questions. We even had the chefs come and cook us a wonderful authentic Jamaican dinner!!! We cannot recommend this house enough!!!!

This is our second stay at Nicole’s place. We always look to see if it’s available when we come to Little Rock. The beds are so comfortable and it’s very peaceful so easy to get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend!
