We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

BR #1 TV and half bath, and a massage chair in BR #2. 20 minutes from airport, ROKU Netflix, Prime and local channels. Guests use personal codes for other TV choices, 2 bedrooms, full size beds, bath and a half, sunroom/office prepped for sleeping upon request. No special events such as weddings receptions or parties. Property for guests with top ratings from other hosts. No pets.

Nice quiet neighborhood, conviently located 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. You will be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. But close enough to find any kind of food or entertainment you want in the city. We do allow pets, but we have a 100 dollar non refundable pet deposit per pet. Please let us know if you have a pet.
