The place was as depicted, and the host was very quick to respond when we had questions or issues, which were corrected quickly.

Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

Truly a park-like setting. Can't see the house from street view because it is tucked behind other houses. Fun "extras" like a putting green and grand piano. Close to parks and Hillcrest restaurants. Cameron was kind, welcoming, and communicative. We had a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves! The house was just as described and worth the price. Denver and Brandy were super nice, responsive, and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly magical place to stay!

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Place worked well for us. Close to UAMS and Hillcrest neighborhoods which have lots to do.

I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again. The place was so cozy, and clean, and it was so quiet. I was with a sibling and we each had our own room and bathroom. The place was comfortable to just relax when we were there. Lisa, our host was easy to ask questions of and communicate with.. This is a nice and safe place. And beautiful and quiet. Such a pretty and cozy home. Short drive to restaurants and shopping areas. Ms. Arianna was so nice and always responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Camille’s place was perfect for us! We stayed here for a wedding. It is spacious and clean. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night. Perfect to get out for a walk too.

Chris is a super host. I contacted him several times before making the reservation with questions. He was very responsive. The house was as described. There were five of us. Because we used the lodging almost exclusively for sleeping and breakfast, the hot water heater must have been oversized as there was plenty. The beds (mine in the back especially) were very comfy. One note: if you typically have morning smoothies, bring a small blender or Magic Bullet. I didn't see one there...other than that, it had everything. Thanks for a nice stay...Johnny

The host was very helpful. House is very cute and clean. Host took really good care of us, we even left something and they made sure we got it. Would stay there again. The neighborhood was cute and quiet.

Tammy’s place was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I will say, there was dog hair on the carpets & furniture that made our allergies act up but over all, it was still very clean. The twin beds were uncomfortable but the two queen beds were extremely comfy to sleep in! The two bathrooms were such a + in my book. Great place!! Love it so much & it was so comfy/homey!

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

This home is so comfortable and inviting, dripping with charm. It is beautifully decorated and full of cozy spots to chat, read, or enjoy a meal. The garden is also a treat and includes several great seating areas. Ellis is so responsive and kind, I look forward to visiting again soon!I’

I am so glad I chose this place. the ac was on when we got there and from the moment we walked in we were satisfied. the beds were comfortable and everything so upscale. even the pots and pans were of good quality and matched the kitchen!! she was so responsive and proactive. hoping to stay back here on my next trip!

Loved the location! Benton is a beautiful small town with great shipping and restaurants. This Airbnb was within a couple minutes walk to town! Closer than we expected! Plenty of space inside for 6 of us. Quiet street. Very convenient to interstate. We would stay here again.

We came in for a camp meeting in north little rock and this house was GREAT! A little hard to maneuver in the driveway, especially with a u-haul, and if you're not used to it, but we figured it out and that wasn't a problem. The house itself was clean, it stayed cool, and fit our every need. one thing I will bring out is that the beds are sooooooooo comfortable! we all were complimenting on how comfortable the beds were. we mainly were there to sleep and get ready for church, didn't have time to do anything else, but it was very nice to come to a very nice place and comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms!! Plenty of room for 6 of us! I 💯 recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying in this home and it was just as great as the first! The place was very clean, really close to the city about a 10-15 min drive, and felt very comfortable. Eric replies very quickly and is easy to communicate with. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area!
