Lovely, peaceful, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind after being around hectic LA all day. Graham was also super helpful with anything we might need and checked up on us via chat a few times. I felt well cared for!! He also helped us unlock the door when I had difficulty with the lock. Lovely home and wonderful host!!

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

The check-in was perfect. Quiet area and quiet cozy house. The kitchen has everything. Delicious fresh ground coffee. Fast communication. Convenient parking right at the entrance. Highly recommended!

This property delivered exactly as described. The gated off street parking was much appreciated. The location is close enough to the action, but in a residential neighborhood. The full kitchen was well equipped; bluetooth sound system a bonus; we found everything neat and clean.

The house was gorgeous, easy to find, and exactly as described. The interior was spotless--I swear, I could have eaten off those floors! The central location made it easy to get all over Los Angeles, both on the freeway and surface streets, but the house was peaceful and quiet despite how close it was to everything. It was great to have a grocery store so close, too. Our kids loved the toy closet and playing the backyard, too!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Loved that Whole Foods was in walking distance as well as local restaurants. That was the best part. Very cute place and just a great location.

It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

Highly recommend staying here! It’s a very nice space that’s clean and very spacious. They’re very responsive and we had a small issue with the bathtub which they fixed right next day. Will definitely stay here if I’m back in town!

Was very close to the palladium where I attended a concert, got lucky with an overnight parking lot for $20. The room smelled amazing, the couch was comfy, the bathroom is huge with plenty of towels. It’s close to all the action in Hollywood! Would absolutely stay here again

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Cliff was an excellent host and took care of my belongings. He was very understanding about my situation with the canceled flight and responded very quickly. Cliff even offered to refund me the missed night or extend my stay if necessary, although my other plans didn't allow for that. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a busy day. I felt very comfortable there. For everyday needs, there is a Vons supermarket nearby (10-minute walk) with everything you need, as well as a bakery. Next door is a Starbucks and various restaurants. A bank for cash withdrawals is also not far away. The Metrolink station is only a 25-minute walk or a short Uber ride away. I used Cliff's Hideaway as a stopover for my next stay at Six Flags Park and can highly recommend it.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

I love staying at one of Anthony’s places. They are Always very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet and I feel very safe there. The location is in walking distance of shops,restaurants and a park. Anthony is a great communicator and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for another great stay Anthony

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
