This place was so great for a hang with friends. The spaciousness of the backyard with the pool allowed for such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

Nobody wanted to leave! A wonderful home with super hosts, everything was easy and friendly. The garden with the pool and hot tub was just the cherry on the cake. The best place to stay in LA !

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

We came to LA for a concert at the Hollywood bowl, this was a perfect location. It was cute (love the faux plant touches) clean, and comfortable! And the swimming pool was excellent! If you're going into the city, definitely need a car! Would highly recommend!

Michael's place was fantastic! Very cool place with amazing views and a nice quiet neighborhood. Michael was awesome to deal with and his communication was top tier. Ill definitely be checking availability for my next trip to Hollywood!

Great getaway spot in the valley, clean

I had a wonderfully enjoyable experience that truly surpassed my expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The charming decor and ample natural light created a cozy ambiance that I greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation super easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. Enjoying coffee on the sunny patio was definitely one of the highlights! The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to visit again!

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The location is convenient, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We loved this house, particularly the beautiful and expansive backyard! The kids were happy with the ping pong table and horseshoes while we all loved the abundant lounges and seating for sharing meals (using the very nice gas grill) and overall relaxing. Inside the house all of the furniture and decor was well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and a bonus was use of the very nice washer and dryer. The master bedroom is in the center of the house without windows, which was ok, just a little different. The bathroom attached to the master is a 3/4 and rather small but well appointed. Overall we loved the house and Christopher was a very responsive and always friendly and positive. Highly recommend!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Very unique, sort of like stepping back in time a bit, in a good way. Angela was super helpful and communicated to make sure our arrival and everything went smooth. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there and the house was in perfect order. My favorite part here was the backyard, I'm seriously considering coming to stay again, just so I can study in the backyard!

This location is perfect for anybody visiting the greater Los Angeles area, given the close proximity to freeways - you can literally go anywhere from this location. Also, there are so many shops and restaurants that you can walk to, you may never need to go anywhere in a car. The street may be busy during the day, but it’s quiet at night. We were in town for a UCLA graduation, and we could get there in about 15 minutes (at non-peak times). Be prepared for some stairs in the house, which is great as long as you don’t have mobility issues.

The house was gorgeous, easy to find, and exactly as described. The interior was spotless--I swear, I could have eaten off those floors! The central location made it easy to get all over Los Angeles, both on the freeway and surface streets, but the house was peaceful and quiet despite how close it was to everything. It was great to have a grocery store so close, too. Our kids loved the toy closet and playing the backyard, too!

My family and I had a great time at Sabrina's home! The house was perfect for us and the pool was a plus! The home was clean and in perfect order. Sabrina was very prompt in all communications. Highly recommend staying here!

Tina went above and beyond, she was so kind. Super responsive to our needs and very understanding. I am going through a divorce while at the same time undergoing treatment. She was very sweet to my mother and I throughout our stay. Five stars awesome host and kind and caring person. Highly recommend.
