Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Shenandoah Valley

House felt like home and exceeded expectations for our family of four. My kids already want to schedule our next visit!

Staying at Melissa's place was a GREAT experience! I booked it a full 12 months in advance of UMD graduation so I could find a home away from home for my large family. It was perfect! The house is insanely clean and we appreciated the no-shoe policy. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and we even used the crockpot! Having 2 kitchens made dinners so easy and the extra fridge was more important than I realized it would be (as was the wine cooler :) Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The yard was so nice so we took some grad photos outside. I wish we could have enjoyed the firepit but we had 3 days of rain. The location is super close to a great restaurant (El Aguila, get the large margarita!). The house is about 20 mins to College Park, away from crowds and easy to travel back and forth and in a peaceful neighborhood. I've stayed in 11 BnB's and this was, by far, the very best! Don't hesitate to book!

First of all, Kayleigh couldn’t have been easier to work with. Responsive, proactive, helpful, the best host. Her house was clean, like new, comfortable, modern, as described, no surprises, well equipped, first class all the way. A great place for a relaxing, family getaway. Property is in a private location, and surrounding views were beautiful. The decks and the fire pit are great places to relax, as well as the large open space downstairs with large TV. The WiFi is strong throughout the house and yard. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms modern and private. The master bathroom is right out of a magazine. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the hot tub. There are vineyards with restaurants close by, Wintergreen is not far, and Charlottesville is an easy half hour drive. I highly recommend, and the whole experience is well worth the price.

Our stay in Harpers Ferry was beyond our expectations. The house is fantastic - absolutely pristine and furnished with great care and attention. The setting is beautiful and we loved the town, the hikes, and hanging out on the deck. Erik's hosting was also a real highlight. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, Erik, for all your did for us, including returning my lost phone so quickly! We truly appreciate it and hope to come back again very soon!

Absolutely beautiful home! Out stay was perfect, and the host was very friendly our first night there. All around wonderful home and would 100% book another trip here!

This was a return trip for our family to Sylvia’s Potomac house. Its close enough to DC to enjoy it but far enough for peace and quiet. We have a large family and require wheelchair access and she was very accommodating to our changing needs and had the beds configured as we asked when we arrived. The location is peaceful but jot so remote you cant get delivery services. The house is always well stocked. Sylvia makes staying away from home easier for our family.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay here for Christmas! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. I would absolutely recommend it for another family, especially during the Holidays.

We had an amazing stay in Gettysburg at the Stratton House! From the history of the house and the area displayed on the walls to the comfortable beds and clean rooms, everything about our weekend at Gettysburg was perfect! We spent the days exploring the national battlefield nearby and then wandering around the town at night. It was a great location and thoughtful and communicative hosts. My young kids really appreciated the fenced in backyard with the play structure. The guestbook wall was also a nice touch and it was so fun reading the messages of the guests who had been to Stratton House before us. Already looking forward to coming back again soon!

We will be back! This is one of our favorite airbnbs we’ve stayed, everything is as it says on the tin and a good getaway for peace and privacy.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

This is one of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. The apartment is spacious and well lit with all of the things one might want as a visitor. The access to a parking spot was a game-changer that allowed me to have 1:1 meetings with friends who visited from other parts of the city. The Whole Foods was a block away enabling me to easily do some shopping and go out when I wanted a special meal. And the ease of proximity to a broad range of stores, restaurants and sites make it a really lovely stay with a delightful host.

This was the perfect place for a weekend in DC with the family. It was in a great location and had enough space for us to spread out.

The loft is as described in the listing. it was easy to find, parking was easy and check-in/out instructions were very straightforward.

Michael’s place was central to all our activities in DC as well as in Georgetown. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a very relaxing environment. Amazing view off the mountains and everything in the heart of the city is walking distance. Great stay!!!

We really liked this spot. It was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth. We really appreciated that they didn't have any special clean up instructions. Like a hotel we got to stay, leave the place in good shape, but didn't have to do anything extra.

Great place to stay for our Spring skiing trip! Everything we needed. Close to lifts, shops, and restaurants. Had a great time!

The three of us found this condo to be the perfect size and very comfortable. We made meals in the full kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace. Well appointed, we never were without something we needed. We will come back.

Lexington is beautiful and the space was comfortable. Perhaps a King bed might better suit the master bedroom though.

This condo was perfect for a small family attending a graduation at Liberty University. It was clean and included wonderful information in the guest binder. The main bathroom layout is very unique and I wish there were better views of the mountains. However, the condo is close to anything you would need.

We enjoyed our weekend very much! This condo it close to the trails we love. Very comfortable, we really felt at home. The bottom floor with the walk out in the back was very convenient for our dogs for quick walks etc. We would love to stay again the future!

Great place for family of five with plenty of room! The location umis convenient / walkable to the ski slopes and great restaurants! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and the balcony views are beautiful!

Very happy. Ease of booking, instructions, cleanliness, and prompt communication all made this a must do again experience.
