Holiday rentals with a patio in Shelter Cove

This is a great place tucked away in the forest right on the river. Charles is just starting this place up for Airbnb rentals and is putting a lot of thought into making Guest feel comfortable. Seriously a great host. Would probably give you the shirt off of his back. I felt really at home here. Five stars across-the-board is a given.

The rocky cliffs waves crashing view is wowzy. The roads to get there are a bit nerve racking if your used to mostly flat roads.

My stay at this Airbnb was truly a peaceful and refreshing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was not only clean and thoughtfully arranged, but it also carried a warmth that made it feel like a home away from home. The view was absolutely breathtaking the kind that instantly soothes your soul and invites you to slow down and take it all in. Overall nice place! We had a hiccup getting into the house but Alessandra called me very fast and we solved the problem in minutes.

came to do the Avenue of the Giant marathon. Location was perfect. William, the host, was friendly, and responded quickly to messages. the place was roomy, cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. great place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is such a beautiful home! I loved the decor and amenities. The views are great, its within walking distance of local businesses and trails. My favorite was just sitting in the recliner and reading. Im definitely bringing the family next time. Its spacious enough so people wont feel crowded.

Justin‘s place was a very nice and we had a pretty good time there. I didn’t get a chance to write anything inside the book but I meant to. I was taking my mom on her last vacation. I know that it’s depressing or sad to hear, but she has a horrible brain disease and I wanted to take her to a nice place where she could try to enjoy her surroundings and family. Unfortunately, she had a terrible fall and we had to call 911. It’s really hard to deal with, and I am up all hours of the night taking care of her. It is a very hard and stressful time in my life and I appreciate Justin letting us stay at such short notice. I would like to apologize for us being a little bit late checking out. We were able to let the cleaners in on time and I hope that we did not leave too much of a mess. We did try to clean up after ourselves as best we Could and I hope that Justin can respect the fact that I really have my hands full right now and I apologize for not being out at 10. Again, I thank you.

Talk about Northern California paradise, Graeme's place is so beautiful and so relaxing. It is a bit of a drive from the 101 but so worth it for the peace and quiet; slept better than I have in months. Trees forever; well supplied kitchen--you can cook anything as plenty of pots/pans, utensils. Books and games for kids and adults; we had 3 generations with us and everyone hated to leave.

Great location, ocean view from the deck to enjoy a glass of local wine. Very friendly and responsive hosts. The neighborhood is so quiet that you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean crashing into the rocks. The house was clean and well equipped. Abundant wildlife roaming the streets. We really enjoyed our stay in a hidden gem of Shelter Cove.

This is an amazing property. It is super clean. The design and workmanship are wonderful. There are thoughtful details at every turn such as spices, a hot tub, spacious shower, quality faucets, high quality sheets, washer/dryer, and more. Sublime, peaceful beauty in the redwoods. The photos don’t fully capture just how nice it is. It’s easy to imagine that someday Alden will have his own high end hotel brand. A great home base while out exploring nature.

Lovely time staying in what felt like a private campground among HUGE trees - was perfect for our hiking in the redwoods and stocked with everything we needed including beach towels and kitchen wares

Loved our stay at Shelter Cove, the views were unbeatable and it was also a great night for stargazing. We enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi in the living room that looked out into the ocean. Everything was incredible comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing night staying at your place, The Exquisite. Check in was easy after getting cell service. My group, of 4, loved having a working, clean hot tub with a view after getting off the LCT after 4 days. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely keep your place in mind when we plan for our next trip at shelter cove.
