Family-friendly holiday rentals in Shell Knob

Condo was great. Beautiful place, comfortable and exactly as described. I will happily rent this condo again on our next trip.

Great place to stay! Beautiful home! No traffic drive from the house to Silver Dollar City, about 17 minutes. Lots of fun games, pool table, hot tub and corn hole boards. Entertainment is provided nightly by the raccoons breaking into the trash containers. Very fun to watch, especially for the kids. Would stay here again. Lots of room for a Family vacation with extended family.

We had a family gathering of about 16 people for the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. Only thing is when asked how to get to lake access you actually have to drive there instead of walk. If you do rent just be ready to go down a steep hill to the house when come in neighborhood expected as where we were with being in branson it just took us by surprise when we first came in

We made a last minute decision to get away to the Branson area for Mother’s Day. The resort is a little bit of a maze but the GPS got us there without any issues with the address. The whole area is in the hills and so incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The condo was very clean, super cozy and we felt right at home. We spent every evening on the back porch admiring the weather and views. The master bath was a dream with the jacuzzi tub and shower. We can’t wait to return!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were really nice.

Love our stay at Rick and Michelle’s condo! We had trouble getting in (my fault) and I texted and Rick called me right away with help. The condo itself was spotless and although we did not take advantage, there were many activities offered. Grounds were peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe with a guarded gate. Location was close to Branson Landing and 76. Definitely will stay again when in Branson!

The condo was our home away from home. It was peaceful, close to the area we were visiting, and our kids loved the space away from the adults. Kathy and Mike provided everything we needed, and gave great directions. This was our first Airbnb and we couldn't have been happier.

Great stay. there were 12 of us and lots of room to spread out. Had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

We found this place last minute when a weekend of rain spoiled our plans to go camping. I was looking for a great covered porch so we could relax outside and enjoy the rain, and this did not disappoint! There were multiple covered porches that faced the woods; we saw deer and enjoyed the bird with a nest in one of the rafters. While we didn’t leave at all, it was very close to Main Street and would’ve been a great location had we wanted to explore town. One note - the pictures made it look bigger than it was. It was a pretty cozy, tight studio space, which was just fine for us since we wanted to spend time outside and only went inside to sleep or use the restroom. It had a loft bed as well, but probably only comfortable for a child.

I’ve stayed at this house several times because it’s a great to spend time with friends. Big rooms, lots of space, and a fully + equipped kitchen. The screened in dining area off the kitchen is one of my favorite places anywhere. Tea in the morning with a view of the dense trees and the birds chirping is amazing. The sound of the accumulated due dripping from leaf to leaf is mesmerizing. The place is Amazing! Chris is also a great Superhost. I’ve traveled most of the globe, and this is one of my favorite places on the planet!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet area near the lake. Plenty of food options in short driving and sometimes walking distance. Very close to area attractions, we never felt too far from anywhere. We immediately felt at home and will be booking again as a regular stay in the future.

Great place to stay, peaceful, quiet but still in town, next to restaurants, antiques and lots of things to see and do.

I've stayed here a few times and will be back next year.

We were very pleased with the cabin and the location. We felt right at home. Very clean throughout the home and outside. Loved that we could have a small fire and roast marshmallows and hotdogs and just relax. No sounds of the city or traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway this is the cabin for you.

The only negative was the stairs! Other than that the condo was beautiful and our dog loved spending time on the balcony!

This was a great location and the host was super-responsive. We usually got a response back within 5 mins of sending a message. One of the biggest perks of this location was the availability of their 4 level 2 EV chargers(they use the J1772 connection) that the host has at the office about 1/2 mile away from the condo. For our Tesla, it charged at about 34 miles per hour and it was free to use as part of our reservation. The host and her husband were really friendly and helpful - they offered to drive me back to the condo while my car charged, but I chose to bring along some snacks and drinks and just watch Hulu in the car while it charged. The host and her husband live on site, so when we arrived late in the evening, after 8pm, I was able to charge up at the main office so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. The condo was as described in the post and was very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described and Griff was always proactive giving information. It was so easy to check in and comfortable when we we arrived. We stayed in a nearby condo this summer also run by Griff. Enjoyed is so much and location was great. Thats why we went with him again.

Rockwood Lodge was absolutely beautiful. The large kitchen/dining room was able to accommodate our 16 person family. The views from the two decks were great. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Branson! I 100% recommend booking your Branson lodging with Dominic!

We had a great time with our family. The layout and configuration of beds and rooms was perfect for our family. Will definitely consider this property in the future.

Great location, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We have been staying with Mike for years. It’s great being far enough away from Branson to escape the noise and traffic, but close enough to run into town for a show or a meal. The rooms and beds were comfortable. And the view from the porch was beautiful at sunset. We have several things that we do every year, but we did a lot of different things this year. I think it’s the fact that we are growing more comfortable in the area and sleeping well. Thanks Mike for another great year. We will be back for sure.

The place was perfect for a last minute getaway! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the variety of toys was great for our younger boys. The road was quiet with no traffic and the scenery around the property was perfect for our younger boys to play and explore. While we didn’t launch our boat this trip, we are looking forward to another stay when we can!

This is a place that we will definitely come back to. I love how close it was to the river. Beautiful pool, beautiful playground for small children, beautiful everything even the grass. Most importantly, friendly atmosphere and its Family owned and operated. They take pride in their business and their campground.
