It's ~15 minutes to Hanover NH, and provides all the essentials—including coffee, laundry, air conditioning, and reliable internet. We are on a state route, three minutes to the interstate (I-91). You can walk to trails and a covered bridge over a waterfall.

This place is very conveniently located near an I-89 exit yet still has the beautiful ruralness that VT can offer.
