Spectacular wine country views' comfortable 2 bedroom modular cottage with full kitchen and comfortable furniture. Very quiet, close to dozens of winery's and only 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Beautiful trees and garden shared by our Victorian home. Our top of the hill location is great for stargazing. One added feature our pet Bison Aleshanee and Halona! Both Bison have unique personalities that fit their names.
“We stayed at Bison Ridge as a part of a visit to Paso Robles to see Sensorio - Field of Light. The location is extremely convenient to visit Sensorio. That is just one of many reasons to stay at Bison Ridge. Other reasons include the exceptional hospitality. Gloria responds immediately to all communication and she was there to greet us when we arrived. She includes extras like a basket of snacks on the counter, a bowl of fruit in the fridge, and a book full of pamphlets and tourist information. Additional highlights are the spectacular sweeping views and the the two Bison that live on site. Finally, the place is spotlessly clean.”
We remain open during the Corona virus emergency. If you have to "socially distance"; there's no one out here for miles. Lirio Cottage, named for the lily pads in the pond just steps away, is nestled under a majestic Valley Oak. Both rustic and civilized, the canvas cabin is complete with running hot water, shower and bath and provides magnificent views in every direction.
“We had a great glamping experience. Kenney's property is set back in the hills so you truly feel like you're getting away. The space itself is unique and accommodating. We stayed at the campsite relatively close to the house, but still felt like we had a private space. Kenney provided all the dishes and utensils needed to cook around a campfire, as well as firewood and towels for the bathroom. I didn't get to take a shower, but I was surprised by how hot the water got! Kenney himself was super friendly and talked with us for awhile. We even got to explore and hike around his property a bit the next morning. Would definitely visit again!”
Pull up an industrial-style stool at the breakfast bar, then take it easy on the leather recliner at this relaxed home with western artwork, barn doors, and cowhide rugs. Snuggle up under cowboy-inspired blankets for a peaceful night's sleep.
“This is my favorite Airbnb of all the 35+ Airbnb's I've stayed at! Located out of town, in an area of great beauty, it is quiet and peaceful and very, very comfortable. As soon as you pull into the driveway, you know you're in for a treat. Ginni met us as we arrived and showed us around the whole apartment, making sure we knew where everything was. Her three friendly dogs helped greet us as well! A true Welcome Committee. Since this is a working ranch, the decor was ranch-style, which worked very well indeed! Everything was comfortable - we spent time relaxing in the living room; the kitchen is a full kitchen and very well equipped, so we made some nice breakfasts. The beds are super comfy, and there is room to unpack your clothing and toiletries. Many, many amenities are included. At the end of a day of wine tasting and a good dinner, you will want to return to this place of peace.”
