The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the accommodation is perfect to fully enjoy the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids really enjoyed it, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

Thank you to Alain for taking his role as host seriously and offering a very decent and well-maintained apartment and especially for giving us lots of advice and these recommendations. We had a very good weekend with a couple of friends. The apartment may lack a living room but the dining table did the trick. It was clean, well maintained and very well equipped for a short-term rental. The view from one of the rooms is remarkable, the location is 5 minutes from the city by car and on the bike path of the lake is ideal. Thank you for the welcome files with all the activity recommendations in the apartment. The bikes were also very useful and in good condition. I recommend it 200%! Thank you for these services.

An ideal 2-night stay in this small cozy accommodation. The setting is wonderful and soothing and ideally located for cycling or on the lake. No complaints, I'll be back as soon as possible!

We had a great time! The accommodation, besides being clean and functional, is ideally located for visiting Annecy and its surroundings. Clémentine is a very friendly and available host. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay in this lovely apartment. Francine and Thibault were reactive, friendly and professional! Highly recommend it.

Well-equipped studio, but we were only there for the nights and did not enjoy the amenities. Possibility of grilling outdoors, small private terrace. Very quiet neighborhood, close to a very good bakery and the bike path and the lake. A few laps from the old town of Annecy. We were unable to meet Francois, who was on vacation, but the many contacts we had suggest that he is a very cheerful person. I recommend

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment at the foot of the house with a breathtaking view and that makes rain or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! We recommend!

Amazing location, great place and friendly and kind host!

Had a pleasant stay in Sandrine and Frédéric's accommodation. Everything is as described. Very quiet in the immediate vicinity of the bus line to get to Annecy and thus avoid traffic and parking problems. Accessible to shops and the market on foot. Only small detail a lack of pressure of the shower, this will not stop us if the opportunity arises to return to this accommodation. Valerie

We spent 3 days in Marilyne's accommodation, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation for its location, cleanliness and view of Lake Annecy.

We spent three night's at Metin's, the place is cosy and had everything we needed for a great stay. It is very close to the lake and makes a great base for exploring greater Annecy.
