Apartment holiday rentals in Sévrier

Before we arrived and during our stay, if we had small questions, the communication was always very fluid and friendly. Bijoux's apartment is very nice and very well equipped, very close to the lake and we had a splendid weather, what a chance! We really had a great time in Sévrier!

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Large part of the accommodation refurbished, has everything to allow a relaxing or sporty or discovery stay, a location allowing to go on foot to Annecy in 45 min when the buses (50 m away) are too full or to enjoy the magnificent panorama offered by the green path bordering the lake, far from the cars. The bike is king around the lake, but pedestrians/walkers also have a special place. Having a parking space for the car is a plus because outside they are all full. We can leave it there and enjoy without it. Our hosts Alain and his wife adorable and nearby, passionate about their region that they share with us through their information. I recommend this apartment and I think I'll happily return.

Thank you Kamila and Thibaut. This place has everything you need. They were always responsive and helpful for whatever I needed. The bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the Airbnb and will get you around the lake. I recommend anyone who is catching the bus to download Sibra and to catch the bus 15. Very convenient. Overall perfect for my needs and thankful for the very kind hosts.

We had a great time! The accommodation, besides being clean and functional, is ideally located for visiting Annecy and its surroundings. Clémentine is a very friendly and available host. I would highly recommend it!

What a beautiful home <3 The flat is modern, super clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! We stayed at the tail end of a heat wave and were worried that there was no aircon, but the superb quality Dyson floor fans work great, so not an issue at all! The garden is private, quite and had wonderful views over the mountains. 10mins max from the beach and supermarkets, bus stops etc. Sabrina was super helpful, and Emily, who checked us in was friendly, warm and welcoming 🙏 Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

1- Very neat and clean house. 2- The house is actually much nicer than the pictures. 3- The area in which the house is located is elegant and luxurious, very close to Annecy. 4- The view of the house is very wonderful. I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony of the house.

Staying in Renaud's apartment is very pleasant: the large bay window overlooking the lake and mountains promise beautiful evenings to chat while looking at the landscape. The sofa bed and the daybed are comfortable. The place is well equipped, we did not lack anything. And it has plenty of bonuses for a peaceful stay: possibility to park the car in front of the door, green lane to go around Lake Annecy by bike in the immediate vicinity, beach bars and restaurant by the water, beach, bakery, Annecy 15' by bike or bus, nearby hikes... We loved it!!

Beautiful apartment, lived up to the advert and more, very well equipped. Right in the centre of town yet quiet. All done to a very nice style.

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

Everything is absolutely TOP A true haven of peace just steps from the lake. A fabulous stay and I can't wait to come back as soon as possible.

The house is clean and new. next to the place there is a very butifeul view point to the lake with a bench to sit on. KITCHEN is fairly equipped some things missing. private garage and private garden overall we enjoy the place! Down side WIFI ISN'T FUNCTIONING ONLY 2-5 MB The bbq grill that is not warm enough to cock anything.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We stayed at Aude's place for a week, and the location is so beautiful with a lovely view. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. It is also close to a bus stop and the cycling path that takes you to Annecy. Most importantly, Aude was a very kind host who would check if everything was alright and took great care :) Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Maud's. Everything was perfect, a little extra for the moment of disconnection above Annecy, with a superb view!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Very clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!
