Apartment holiday rentals in Sévrier

Avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour, si nous avions de petites questions, la communication a toujours été très fluide et sympathique. L'appartement de Bijoux est très agréable et très bien équipé, tout proche du bord du lac et nous avons eu un temps splendide, quelle chance ! Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour à Sévrier !

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you Kamila and Thibaut. This place has everything you need. They were always responsive and helpful for whatever I needed. The bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the Airbnb and will get you around the lake. I recommend anyone who is catching the bus to download Sibra and to catch the bus 15. Very convenient. Overall perfect for my needs and thankful for the very kind hosts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement, en plus d’être propre et fonctionnel, est idéalement situé pour visiter Annecy et ses alentours. Clémentine est une hôte très sympathique et disponible. Je recommande vivement !

Francine was super lovely and really responsive. When we asked for earlier check in and later check out she accommodated it- she was super thoughtful. I really recommend this property

Un havre de paix, à deux pas du lac et juste assez proche de la vie pour qu’on s’y sente bien, mais assez loin pour que le silence respire. L’appartement est à l’image des bons séjours : simple, soigné, accueillant. Tout y est pensé avec goût, sans en faire trop — propre, bien équipé, bien décoré. Un lieu où l’on se pose, où l’on recharge, où l’on se sent tout de suite “chez soi”, sans même y avoir laissé une paire de chaussures. Rien à redire, si ce n’est merci. 🌿✨

Séjourner dans l'appartement de Renaud est très agréable : la grande baie vitrée avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes promettent de belles soirées à discuter en regardant le paysage. Le canapé lit et la méridienne sont confortables. Le logement est bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Et il cumule plein de bonus pour un séjour en toute tranquillité: possibilité de garer la voiture devant la porte, voie verte pour faire le tour du lac d'Annecy à vélo à proximité immédiate, bars de plages et restaurant au bord de l'eau, plage, boulangerie, Annecy à 15' en vélo ou bus, randonnées proches... Nous avons adoré !!

Deuxième séjour chez J François et Florence, et nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables ! Logement idéalement placé, voie verte au pied du logement,on peut faire le tour du lac à pieds,ou à vélo..vue magnifique lac et montagnes..on ne s'en lasse pas! Magasin Carrefour à deux pas,et très bonne boulangerie 10mns à pieds.. Propriétaires à la fois disponibles et discrets.. Quartier paisible,aucune nuisance..logement à recommander, un vrai coup de coeur..

We had a lovely stay at Sandrines place. The apartment was beautifully presented and very well equipped. We loved having all we needed in the kitchen. It really was a home from home. The instructions for access were very well presented (particularly useful after a long drive). We really enjoyed our time and are already planning next year! The location was brilliant, the lake 5 mins walk, 20 min walk to the old town. Carrefour only 100m away too! For those that cycle, cycle path outside the apartment which leads to the cycle path all the way round the lake - I was in cycling heaven! Thank you for a beautiful holiday!

Logement grande partie remis à neuf a tout pour permettre un sejour detente ou sportif ou découverte, une localisation permettant d'aller à pieds à Annecy en 45min quand les bus ( a 50m) sont trop pleins où pour profiter du magnifique panorama qu'offre la voie verte bordant le lac loin des voitures . Le vélo est roi autour du lac mais les piétons / promeneurs y ont une place de choix aussi. Le fait d'avoir un parking pour la voiture est un gris plus car à l'extérieur ils sont tous saturés. on peut l'y laisser et profiter sans elle. nos hôtes Alain et son épouse adorables et à proximité, passionnés par leur région qu'ils nous font partager par leurs informations. je recommande cet appartement et je pense y retourner avec plaisir.

Fantastische locatie ! Groot en netjes ingericht verblijf. Heerlijk balkon aan 2 kanten van het verblijf met prima zitjes en zelf ligstoelen. Het enige minpuntje is de doorgaande weg tussen het verblijf en het meer. Dit zorgt voor wat geluidshinder. Fietsen in de omgeving is een aanrader, perfecte fietspaden rond het meer. ffietspadenrond het meer.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Tout est absolument TOPISSIME Un véritable havre de paix à quelques pas du lac. Un séjour fabuleux et qu'une seule hâte c'est d'y revenir au plus vite.

The house is clean and new. next to the place there is a very butifeul view point to the lake with a bench to sit on. KITCHEN is fairly equipped some things missing. private garage and private garden overall we enjoy the place! Down side WIFI ISN'T FUNCTIONING ONLY 2-5 MB The bbq grill that is not warm enough to cock anything.

wir sind für ein langes Wochenende da gewesen und hatten alles was wir uns gewünscht hatten. die Bushaltestelle und ein kleiner Laden sind gleich um die Ecke und man kann von der Haustür entweder loswandern oder ist in 5 Minuten zu fuß am See. absolut herrlich. die Wohnung ist auch klasse und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. die Gastgeberin hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. vielen dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Een klein paradijsje vlakbij het prachtige meer van ANNECY. De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor alle activiteiten die je in de buurt kunt ondernemen. Eindeloos wandelen, fietsen, de bergen in, naar Annecy. De heerlijke tuin geeft voldoende zon, schaduw en privacy. De keuken is voldoende uitgerust voor het maken van een maaltijd. Maar met zoveel heerlijke restaurants in de buurt hebben wij dat lekker overgelaten aan de lokale chefs. Het is een half uurtje fietsen naar Annecy, let op; het is niet vlak fietsen rond het meer! Hou rekening met klimmen en dalen..

Great view, very large private garden area. Super peacefull to recharge and relax. The jacuzzi pool and the sauna is definitely a bonus, thanks again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Maud. Tout était parfait, petit plus pour le moment de déconnexion au dessus d’Annecy, avec une superbe vue !

Très bel emplacement. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir de la neige et avons profité du magnifique paysage. la literie est confortable et le secteur calme .

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – dieses Airbnb hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauna und der Jacuzzi – beides absolute Highlights, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter und luxuriöser gemacht haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage war ideal – sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

Une belle expérience, un hôtel réactif et arrangeant, un logement confortable et paisible... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un beau séjour dans ce coin de France magnifique. La localisation du logement était idéal pour se rendre au lieu de départ du trail d'Annecy. Je recommande grandement ce logement !
