Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Seville

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood within a walking distance to the more central area with shops and restaurants. The outside yard area is spacey, well equipped, even for cooking outside. The house all around is well furnished and the game and cinema room in the basement makes for a nice bonus. The hosts were forthcoming, responsive, and the check in process flawless - nothing to complain about.

the accommodation is great, equipped with everything you need and more, nothing is missing, and the house inside is great, clean, new and beautiful, the pool and barbecue area is very well prepared and the instructions for the operation of everything are very clear

Very nice house , lovely place ,lot of space and wonderfull location

During our stay, we were delighted with the experience. Marta was incredibly helpful, always available to help and with clear instructions that made everything so much easier. We had an unforeseen event leaving the keys inside the house, but thanks to Marta's readiness, we were able to quickly resolve the situation. As for the house, everything was perfect. The swimming pool was excellent and the outdoor area provided moments of leisure, where we could eat outdoors. My daughter had a lot of fun on the trampoline. In addition, the view was stunning, ideal for relaxing, reading and enjoying the environment. The location is also great, being only 15 minutes by car from Seville. This allowed us to visit the city every night, which was very enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will spend another two weeks in this amazing house.

The house well located and good treatment of Fernando, great host facilitating everything from the beginning to our departure. The house complies with what was described, very spacious and well-kept.

We had a great stay. Everything as it appeared in the ad, full comfort in all aspects. Fresh air and super comfortable facilities. With a private garage, plenty of space, the newly renovated pool... 20 out of 10. Leo and her husband are great, they gave us all the flexibility possible, very kind and polite. It's truly one of the best experiences there is. If you're in doubt, look no further! We'll definitely repeat it again!!

We have been wonderfully at Jose's house, it's like we're moving to the sierra but 30 minutes from Seville. Tranquility, a lot of green, the pool a liking. We stayed for a weekend and came with the batteries loaded as if we had left 7 days. We celebrated the birthday of my son who was a year old and Jose helped us with the organization and only gave us facilities. I recommend it 100%. Thank you so much for everything Jose! Will repeat for sure!

Thank you to José Joachim. We had a pleasant time (3 days) at Jose Joachim's. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description on the site. Peaceful environment and very beautiful terrace overlooking the river. We were in a car and access to the city of Seville was very easy for visits (20-25 minutes by car). Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable with everything you need. The accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac where parking spaces are limited but there is space in the surrounding streets. That wasn't a problem for us.

Great location, vibrant quarter but not overwhelmed with the tourist hoards. Lovely terraces, easy to walk everywhere, lots of Tapas and cafés within 5 mins. And then there's the market OMG!

We had a great stay in this excellent apartment. Location was great, with easy access to many great restaurants and Bars. The apartment was spotless and the outdoor space (particularly the Jacuzzi) were brilliant to have. Washing machine located in Building is shared with other two units. Key code access was great as it gave everyone the opportunity to come and go as they wanted. Highly recommended

A stay just like at home with a family friendly and super welcoming treatment. They are wonderful people who are attentive to everything. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for everything
