Loft holiday rentals in Setubal

Stayed at this place for a couple of days and had a great experience. The accommodation was spacious, clean and in a great central location. The hosts were also very lovely and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we required! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Lisbon!

GREAT accommodation set right in the heart of Alfama! Close to all the picturesque cobblestone streets, great look out view just up the hill, close to grocery store, restaurants. Love the space in the unit too. Appreciated the air conditioning units as it was warm in Lisbon during our 3 nights there! But we could cool the upstairs loft down with a/c and then turn it off and open the windows when we went to bed and it was perfect!

Great flat with everything we needed. Perfectly located to walk to all the main sights. Our host was very accommodating and friendly, with very prompt replies to messages/questions. A great stay in a very comfortable flat.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pédro. L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien situé et très propre. Le linge de maison et les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies, ce qui est très pratique, surtout quand on ne voyage qu'avec des sacs à dos! Le logement est facile d'accès et se situe à proximité de toutes commodités et proche de la cathédrale. Cela impliquant malgré tout un peu de bruit lié au trafic (voitures et teamway) et rue très vivante avec les restaurants à côté. Toutefois, je recommande vivement ce logement pour sa localisation et pour son hôte réactif et attentif à nos besoins.

We really enjoyed the location of this place. It’s super quiet considering the area and it’s well located to get to everything in Lisbon. We appreciated how well equipped the place is and they have lots of considerate extras on offer. The only issue we had was just that it was really warm and without an air conditioning unit it did make it a bit hot at points. The only other things is the bed is a bit of a challenge as it is a loft bed and you need to be fairly nimble to get in and out. That said I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying and think for the value we paid it’s a great place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement d'Anna+Ricardo ! Anna est d'une grande grande amabilité et a su nous donner de bons conseils touristiques + restaurants. Les instructions pour accéder au logement était très claires et l'appartement était idéalement situé, très propre et la literie très agréable. La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter avec la pluie mais ça aurait été super d'y manger. Les seuls petits points négatifs pour nous seraient que le logement n'est pas très lumineux étant donné qu'il est au rez-de-chaussée et qu'il manque un peu de rangement pour les affaires si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Mais sinon, le logement d'Anna était vraiment super ! Merci encore et à bientôt !

We loved our stay here - so close to the beach and restaurants. Easy parking within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean, well equipped and air conditioning worked well. We would love to stay again!

I was absolutely obsessed with Steph's loft! Loved the space. Bed was super comfy, had everything I needed to feel like I was at home. I was training from Lisbon to Porto, Santa Apolónia Train station was literally outside my door...yet I didn't hear one train in 3 days. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat 💓

The place was spacious and extremely clean. The loft had excellent utilities, and the hosts were very responsive. The location of this place is perfect, close enough to be near everything, but not busy around the house. We had an amazing stay in Lisbon mainly thanks to how great this place was!

My stay at Nuno’s place was great. The apartment is clean, beautifully designed and includes unique modern touches. While check-in wasn’t the most seamless experience, Nuno was incredibly responsive and helpful as things came up throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay when visiting Lisbon and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Joao was truly kind. Would recommend to anyone visiting Portugal.

Ótimo apartamento! Tem lugares incríveis para comer por perto ( nao deixem de ir no Frade dos Mares e no San Telmo, ambos a poucos passos de distância). A Isabel foi uma ótima anfitriã e o prédio é excelente, com portaria 24 horas por dia e elevador. Adoramos! Pra ser perfeito, só faltou o ar-condicionado. Pegamos dias quentes em maio e o ventilador não deu conta, mas só um detalhe perto de todas as coisas boas.

The Photos don’t do the flat justice. It is a stunning apartment, right in the heart of Alfama. At the start of June it was the fiesta season so the streets were busy with sardines, beer, sangria and live music. A great atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Lisbon. Easy walk into town. The neighbour, Alex is a legend, he sorted us out with anything we needed. Great guy. Overall, first class!

We loved our stay and will definitely return! Very spacious, clean, a fabulous view! Excellent amenities. For us, most importantly though: quiet nights that made us sleep really well! And the location enabled us to live as locals!
