Guest house holiday rentals in Setúbal

We had an incredible stay at Tiago's home - wish it could have been longer! The house is really stylish and modern, the gardens are extensive and beautiful and the overall feel is immaculate, private and relaxed. The pool was our absolute favourite part - we spent hours just in here. We had a lovely bbq in the outside kitchen area, we had morning coffee up in the trees at the back of the property, we had evening meals on the upstairs terrace. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. Tiago's parents were so friendly and welcoming when we arrived abit late - they also gave us lots of lovely local recommendations. Sesimbra is an easy drive away and a really lovely, locals town - we loved the Fish Market and a sunset boat trip around the coast. Hope to come back soon :)

I immediately felt at home here. The cottage is cosily furnished and is very private despite its location in the backyard and proximity to the house. And the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The communication with Rui and Vania was very friendly and uncomplicated. Cheese and crackers were waiting for me in the flat as a welcome gift, which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much. This apartment was the perfect place as we explored the area around Setubal! For other North Americans travelling in Portugal, be aware of a couple of things: The laundry facilities are a combo washer/dryer, not separate as we're used to, so get the instructions! Also, Portuguese homes typically don't need heating, so the place can get cold in January. Very good value!

We enjoyed a great holiday at Cedros, thanks to Luis and his staff for helping us out with everything ! Looking forward to stay there once more 😀

Ideal location to get to know the entire coast of Sesimbra and Portinho da Arrabida

The place is very nice and furnished with attention to detail, so we immediately felt comfortable. Sandra and Helder are incredibly friendly and helpful people and communication was quick and easy the whole time. The house offers everything you need and simplifies you with beach chairs and an umbrella even the beach visits. We'll be happy to come back :))

We really liked last weekend at Miguel's house. The area is very beautiful with many points of interest nearby (natural beaches and trails ). The house is comfortable and has a very nice backyard where the sun hits in the morning. Please note that the property is a country house, in the countryside and as such it is normal to find some 8-legged friends around the space :) Finally, Miguel was an excellent host, with flexible check in and always available.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, equipped with everything that is needed for a short-term stay. We really appreciated the privacy and calmness. Jose was very helpful at check-in and check-out, we had an absolutely lovely stay 😊 cannot wait to come back here with our puppy, so that he can also benefit from this lovely space.

Our stay at Quintinha Do Sal was amazing. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it was clean and perfect for two. The area was very quiet and relaxing and the nearby city of Alcácer do Sal was quaint with great food and locals. João was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The owners who lived next door were also hospitable during our stay. I’d recommend Quintinha Do Sal to those looking for a peaceful and relaxing break.

Awesome spot. There were some great surprises. For instance, the outdoor space behind the house is awesome. There’s a very sweet and friendly cat. Coffee, tea and more were all laid out nicely. Beautiful place. Well designed interior. And my room had a projector screen which was a nice touch.

We loved Stijn and Kirby's place. Everything was wonderful. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was very clean and organized to receive us. Very friendly and polite. Very friendly. Very good pool with salt water and heated. We want to go back. We had a very good 3-day family vacation. Very good barbecue with laser space and games. The house has everything to accommodate 4 people with modern and well-equipped areas. Thank you The follow-up and presence of the hosts conveys safety and calm. What a wonderful vacation! We enjoyed it so much! From the first moment, we felt welcome – the hospitality and helpfulness were really great. You can tell that everything is done with love. The cottage was super: neat, comfortable and equipped with everything. The swimming pool was wonderful to cool off or relax in. And that garden… really beautiful! A nice place to sit and relax. It was also a party for the children. There are lots of toys and a small playground, so they were busy all day. But what really makes this place special is the warm and personal atmosphere. We're already looking forward to next time!

I would really recommend Benjamin's apartment for nature lovers. The grounds are so peaceful and relaxing. apartment was exactly as described in the listing and the host was friendly and very quick to respond. 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished (especially the art is just stunning) and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect – quiet and perfect for me to work and yet still central, near the coast and lisbon was perfectly to reach as well as by car or by bus. I especially want to highlight the hospitality – Joanna was super friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. She offered me some food because i came on a day an electric shutdown day, where it was more than chaotoic in the city, she gave me extra towls when my friends came over and she fixed problems immediately. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!
