Lovely apartment with views of the bay , quiet surroundings. Extremely hilly to walk into town and massive hills/steps on the way back !

We stayed in the appartment for 1,5 month and worked remotely from it. The communication with the host was very easy and they even got us a desk when we asked for it. The kichten is well equipped, wifi worked very well. The balcony offers nice views over the ocean and Sesimbra is a lovely town. The only thing to improve would be to give more space for guests things, for example the wardrobe in the bedroom was 2/3 full of some house items. Other than that all good :)

The accommodation is in a beautiful environment, very well connected and stocked. It has all the necessary amenities and household items, as well as it was delivered very clean and well decorated; it is bright, spacious and functional. Patrick and his wife were very helpful and understanding (our arrival was delayed three hours longer than expected for flight delays). They were attentive to all our needs and inquiries (they provided us with crib and high chair for babies). Personally, they are very warm and friendly. Highly recommended for families with children as the apartment is safe and functional.

Bruno was very kind to us and explained everything very well. The apartment was small but for us it was perfect and comfortable, with the necessary things. Impeccable cleanliness, you can tell it's done with affection for the guests. He gave us tips about the city and answered all our questions. I 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Sesimbra. What a beautiful place, with friendly and charismatic people. The building has a swimming pool with breathtaking sea views and for those who like to work out, there is also a gym in the building (there is not much but you can do something). The only thing I found a little complicated was getting back, had to take a detour when we wanted to drive to the port, if you don't know the streets it takes about 15 minutes to get to the apartment. To get to the beach you have to walk a little too, for those who don't like to walk much it will be tiring. I got used to it on the second day and it was even good to be able to get to know the city without haste. Thanks for an unforgettable week Bruno. Best wishes 😊

We've been here a few days and everything's perfect. The apartment has everything you might need and is very quiet and cozy. Sandra was very attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, as we arrived and left late. The building is very nice and the ocean views are beautiful. The only downside is that Sesimbra has many slopes and going up from the beach involves quite a few stairs. In the village there are plenty of great restaurants to eat grilled fish at reasonable prices. A pleasure to have stayed.

We loved the location of the condo and the ocean view was lovely. You can walk to everything in town from the condo and the 2 parking spaces that come with the unit is priceless. It could not be easier to access the condo. We highly recommend staying here when you are visiting the sesimbra beach area.

We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful quiet location. There’s a beautiful pool and very close to the beach. Perfect for families. The restaurants are fantastic and there’s lots to do. Lisbon is really close and has a variety of museums to keep the kids busy. The whole team are super lovely and helpful and always happy to help. Five stars!!! We had such a wonderful time in this amazing and family friendly apartment. It is located in a great neighborhood in Seixal, and the river view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was super clean, beautiful aesthetic, and well organized. We loved Anna’s recommendations in terms of things to do, and the local restaurants around the area. She was also very responsive to our inquiries during our stay - super helpful. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment, almost new, very clean and very well equipped. The rooftop pool is very beautiful and the view too (pity we are not allowed to enjoy the weather).

quiet neighborhood, house is as described. neat and clean. we had a great stay!

The property is 15 minutes walk from the sea in a small fishing village, you have a fantastic view of the sea from the balconies and roof terrace. Unfortunately, the shared pool was not usable during our time due to repairs, otherwise this completes the overall look. The accommodation was clean, the kitchen was equipped for, in the backyard there was also a barbecue. Shops were only a few minutes away by car. can get everything you need, you can get to Lisbon by car in three quarters of an hour. It was a really great vacation!

An amazing home and a super nice, thoughtful host! The photos don't show what the house really is, the house is really amazing! A very nice interior, where you have everything, a wonderful outdoor space. There are not many words to describe Mr. Paulo, where he made available to us food chairs for the two children and even went to buy on the day of check-in a crib, mattress and sheets! A home and the Host of the best. We want to go back!

Everything was perfect

Stayed here for a work trip and it was spot on. We were looking for a place with separate bathrooms and this one nailed it - super convenient. The space was clean, comfy, and made the whole trip way easier. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

*What a dream place!* We had a wonderful week in this beautiful vacation home. Everything was taken care of to perfection: *clean, cozy and fully furnished*. You can tell from everything that the house is built for outdoor living. We enjoyed breakfast in the *light conservatory* every morning and in the evening we ate outside in the various fine seating areas. The *swimming pool* was fantastic — clean, big enough and really a plus. The *bedrooms were also sparkling clean*, the beds made up on arrival: so nice! The *outdoor space* is truly sublime — lots of privacy and tranquility. The *owners are incredibly friendly* and are happy to help you. Communication was smooth and fast, with a warm, personal approach. Even *checking out later* was no problem at all. The location in relation to *Lisbon and surroundings is perfect* — quiet, but with everything within reach. *Highly recommended. If we could, we would give 5.5 stars!*
