The residence is centrally located in a rural setting and a short way to the sea. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Her kan du nyte stillheten og roen og den fantastiske utsikten. Det er ingen naboer. Det er 500 meter å gå til sjøen. Muligheter for å leie robåt. Flott turområder.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here. A cozy and original house with historical value located on the South-west coast of Norway. Fully rennovated in 2009 and carefully used every summer as our summer house. The house is located in a "cittaslow" area, with the sea, river and mountains as your neighbors. Enjoy a stroll in the street, or a quiet day in our backyard, where you can soak up the sun, or eat ice cream all day long.
