There is plenty of space for activity for children. In winter, there is often a lot of snow and good skiing opportunities. There is plenty of space to play in the snow and go skiing. New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

We rent the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with capacity for six people in total. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the second, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.
