I recently stayed here for 4 days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host was warm, responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place was exactly as described—clean and well-maintained The location was great—peaceful yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, I had a comfortable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a short getaway. I’d happily return in the future!

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Excellent stay. The place is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The team is highly professional and easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and home is stocked with most essentials. You'll feel like staying at home and my pet too loved it. The view from the property is also great. You'll definitely need a vehicle to get around as the place is quite remotely located. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed with my family in this property. The property is beautiful, felt at home. The place is beautifully maintained and a perfect 2bhk for families. Also it’s very aesthetic so every frame is picture perfect. The appliances were all up to date and functioned properly. The caretaker was responsive and helpful too! Loved it, will stay again for sure💗

We had an amazing stay at Selma's place, just a two-minute walk from Colva Beach. The location is perfect, with restaurants and a general store nearby. Selma and her husband were incredibly caring, reaching out before our arrival to check on our needs. The apartment was spotless, and Selma made it a point to ensure each day went smoothly, offering help whenever needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and convenience near the beach!

The place is a gated community. It is clean and the staff including the guards are very friendly. The rooms are great and we enjoyed our stay. The main road is not very far away. Though you’ll find shops right outside the building which can fulfill your basic needs.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

I had stayed at Ankur’s place during the first week of June, we had planned for a stay of 2 nights but we needed to extend for a day more and upon checking with her, she readily allowed us to stay for the additional day and also, was flexible with both the check-in as well as check-out timings. The property is close to Dabolim airport and is very peaceful and serene. The check-in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The apartment is maintained well and is exactly as seen in snaps. All amenities were available as mentioned and everything was working fine. Ankur was always available for any query required and was really helpful during our stay. I would really recommend this place for anyone who is travelling to Goa and using this platform.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. My stay was extremely comfortable, surrounded by breathtaking scenic beauty. The hospitality was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Parichay went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering warm and attentive service. Additionally, the convenience of Swiggy and Zomato delivery added to the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Had a really great time at this villa--bilkul mast tha! The place was super clean and well maintained, and the new interiors looked very stylish and modern. Location was perfect—just a short drive to all the North Goa hotspots like restaurants, beaches, and clubs, plus Panji casinos were also not far. The outdoor area was really nice for relaxing, and the private dip pool was awesome for chilling; the gym overlooking the pool was cool. Food/grocery delivery was easy, so we never had to worry about meals. The villa is in a high-end community, felt very safe and peaceful. Host was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very comfortable and fun stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Goa with friends or family.

Very well maintained place with all necessary amenities at hand. The old house feel with all present day requirements are excellently taken care of. Regular cleaning service is available at an absolutely reasonable fees The few requirements which were communicated was also promptly handled by Lincoln. Overall a very homely stay. Daily essentials in terms of grocery and toiletries is a pleasant 10 minutes walk or a 2 min bike ride. Anjona bakery nearby serves authentic Goan snacks and excellent breakfast options. We really liked the apartments, it has everything what is needed! A/c and fans could make it really cool. Very nice backyard with a pool and trees. The place is not far from Colva beach, we could try every restaurant. The owner met us, he was very friendly and nice person. Definitely recommend this apparat to stay for rest or for remote work.

The property was very nice, the room was very clean. Mr. Umesh is a very great host, very friendly and helpful. Also the homemade food is a must try thing at his place. Overall had a great experience and stay in the house. Will definitely come again.

We had a great stay at this property. The place is an architectural marvel and everything from the lawn to pool , the rooms are tastefully done and well maintained. A special shout out to Vishal for being a wonderful host and for the support and help he provided throughout the stay. Will definitely look forward to staying again here whenever I’m planning to be in Northern part of Goa PS: the house is so awesome that at times you will feel like spending more time indoors enjoying the property than exploring the Goa locales
