Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seongbuk District

It was close to Wangsimni Station, so it was easy to go, and I was grateful that the host kindly guided me. There were several beds, plenty of towels, and shower supplies, so it was really comfortable. The interior was white and clean, and the fridge was large, so I was satisfied enough to visit again and had a good time!

It was a comfortable lovely stay. The area is really nice and a more authentic experience of Seoul. The host was very nice and responsive. The only minus is the toilet’s awkward position as there is not much leg room for a tall person :) but it’s a Japanese one, so that’s a plus again. But overall a definite recommendation!

Very clean, attractive hanok for an authentic Korean experience. Host is very helpful and included several local recommendations. Do know that two of the three bedrooms have traditional Korean floor bedding. It should be fine for most folks, but people with back issues should be aware. The neighborhood is charming and close to the subway system. Several sights are within walking distance. The hanok was comfortable and fairly priced. My family and I would stay again. Thank you!

The place was very nice, the location to explore the must-see sights in the seoul was great. I definitely recommend trying this more traditional place to stay when visiting seoul. Communication was quick and helpful.

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

Loved this cosy apartment. Was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed! So many sweet touches with drinks in the fridge for us on arrival! Loved having beers on the roof in the sun. In a good, quiet location with lots of local restaurants. Only a short walk to the station and easy to get to the tourist hot spots. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again.

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

The Hanok was beautiful and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The house was located next to the famous Tongin Market, but despite the busy shopping street, the Hanok was extremely peaceful. It’s a welcome quiet escape from the bustling city of Seoul. I’ll stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

Apartment was very clean, and location was in close proximity to many restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience store, global atm, Olive Young, Daiso, etc. Even though the location is in a very busy area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night. Host was very responsive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

An amazing apartment. blBalcony was such a plus. lovely to sit and catch rays on a morning. very quiet. on 20th floor so amazing views. it was small but for amount of time I spent in it tbh who cares. host was outstanding and very helpful. no issues at all. would definitely recommend and book again.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Very cozy and comfortable, good location, only 1-2min walk from subway station, downstairs there is a convenience store, coffee, laver rice, etc.Walking to the traditional market, you can experience more food and market life.

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

We were able to enjoy the apartment for more than 10 days during our stay in Seoul and the apartment became like our second home. Ultra practical, well located in relation to public transport, close to tourist attractions and shops. The host immediately answered our questions clearly. Apartment with everything you need for a great stay and close to the train station (the noise of the trains is not annoying if the windows are closed). Direct access to the metro and train station. We can only recommend it for your stay.

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Staying with Brad and Sarah was a great experience, as their apartment is located in the beautiful Hannam area, surrounded by many great restaurants, cafe and fashion and lifestyle shops. Apart from the great location, Brad was an exceptional host that goes beyond to ensure our comfort, and gives great recommendation around the neighbourhood. The best Airbnb experience we had and definitely will stay here when we are in Seoul again.
