Apartment holiday rentals in Seongbuk District

This is second time i stayed this airbnb. I really like and relax to stay here. Especially han river is the close to this airbnb which i really love it. Will come again soon. Thank you!

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

This was simply my best Airbnb stay EVER! I traveled 50+ countries and 100+ cities, not all of them are on my profile, some were before the internet😅 But I've never been happier than here

Super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--super close to all the hot spots in Itaewon but still on a quiet street. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Will book again if ever back in the area.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Staying with Brad and Sarah was a great experience, as their apartment is located in the beautiful Hannam area, surrounded by many great restaurants, cafe and fashion and lifestyle shops. Apart from the great location, Brad was an exceptional host that goes beyond to ensure our comfort, and gives great recommendation around the neighbourhood. The best Airbnb experience we had and definitely will stay here when we are in Seoul again.

The house is an apartment that belongs to a good place in Korea, the host does his best to help, the environment inside the apartment has a lot of good convenience, I will stay again when I visit Korea again in winter,

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

Gwangu (the host) is very responsive in attending to our needs. He provided us with flat iron when we asked for it even though it was not in the list of amenities so thanks a lot for that! The actual place is as seen in the posted photos, though they can clean the laundry area a little more :) The area is also in a good location and very much walkable to Hongik University subway stn and bus stations.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and felt very well taken care of there. Everything was as stated in the description and questions were answered quickly at all times.

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. It's in the middle of the city, so it's easy to get around and there are a lot of things to enjoy nearby. Especially, it was nice to be close to the AK Mall. As soon as I entered, I was surprised by the view. It's nice during the day, but the night view is very good. .ᐢ₎ I really like taking pictures. The bed was spacious, so I slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also big, so I was very satisfied.

I was extremely delighted to have spent a wonderful trip in Seoul at Jason's house. First of all, Jason would pick us up at Hongdae subway station with a luggage cart and give us detailed explanations on garbage sorting and other methods. Secondly, the room was very clean and tidy, even with a medicine box, making it very comfortable to live in. Lastly, the room was very close to Hongdae, and it was very convenient to go anywhere in Seoul during our stay. There were also many places to play around Hongdae.

Gorgeous place. Professionally decorated. All white feels very clean. Area is very safe. Walkable to so much to do! Kitchen is serviceable. We did not use it. Very helpful to have TWO washer/dryers with detergent. No sofas. Table for 8 in living area. Beds were comfy. Limited floor space in bedrooms for luggage. Bathrooms nicely equipped but whole room floor gets a bit wet so be careful. Fit 7 adults nicely could hold 8. AC works great. We felt safe and secure. Easy walk to many many restaurants and massage places and retail. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

Place is exactly as pictured. Cozy and has all the essentials. There is a bus stop right in front so super convenient to get around. <5 min walk to Hongdae. You're right near the action but not so close that its too loud. Great location everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall super, will like to book my next trip with them again. Location -Super friendly when travelling from the airport and back. -Near subway station (walkable) what you think of a home you can find it inside friendly host big and spacious on living and bed area

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
