Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seoul

The apartment was a tad hard to find, but we eventually got there. There was just a tad confusion with the instructions. I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and spacious. The apartment is so close to everything in Hongdae and the subway. An ideal location.

Extremely clean for a self ran Airbnb. A bit far from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get by by Uber, or take the Hansung University station metro. Responsive host. Gimpo airport around 50min taxi ride, but no limousine bus. Nearby neighborhood has the best bakery. Beds are a little small, maybe swap out for a double bed instead? All in all a nice Korean house experience.

The location of the property is very good - there is a walkable neighbourhood with many local and authentic businesses nearby, as well as a major train station with a supermarket and shopping centre only five minutes away. There is a 24 hr 7/11 across the road which was very convenient for late night food! The property was very clean and well maintained, plenty of towels, good AC & a clean and modern kitchen. There is not much noise at night at all, and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind and helped us in choosing transport, and the property is accessible by taxi so very easy to get to and from the airport!

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as pictured in the photos. The hosts are also super responsive to messages and questions. The neighbourhood ended up being one of our favourites in Seoul with so many great bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends or family that are visiting Seoul!

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!

It was🌟 the best accommodation experience! The photos and the actuality were exactly the same, so I felt really good from the moment I arrived. The interior, lighting, and even the bathroom were all neatly and sensibly decorated, so I thought, 'I want to live like this too.' The space was spacious and pleasant, so I was really comfortable throughout my stay, and above all, it was clean overall, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I was so grateful for the help with the late checkout. 😊 Overall, it was a place where you could feel thoughtful consideration and tidy management, and I would definitely like to book it again the next time I come to this area. If you're worried about your accommodation, I sincerely recommend it!! ♡

The apartment has a nice rooftop area, it is close to many amenities and eateries. It was good to be so close to Seoul station for travelling on the metro. The accommodation was a nice place to stay after exploring. It has a great view of N.Seoul Tower. Was just enough space for a family of 3 in my opinion. It is a nice touch having the projector. Hyonsung was prompt and polite with messages. The apartment overall was good 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

Apartment was very clean, and location was in close proximity to many restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience store, global atm, Olive Young, Daiso, etc. Even though the location is in a very busy area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night. Host was very responsive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

It was a very nice place, so I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!It was friendly and very good.Here's what you need to know about your stay. Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The host will give you recommendations for nearby shops and send me a message how to use the room.They returned my questions right away and prepared what I asked for right away.Thank you for your kindness, polite, and quick to respond.

The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Staying with Brad and Sarah was a great experience, as their apartment is located in the beautiful Hannam area, surrounded by many great restaurants, cafe and fashion and lifestyle shops. Apart from the great location, Brad was an exceptional host that goes beyond to ensure our comfort, and gives great recommendation around the neighbourhood. The best Airbnb experience we had and definitely will stay here when we are in Seoul again.

It was a small but nice atmosphere with a party room. It was also very comfortable to work because of the front window and the light from the spacious terrace. The smell of baking bread from downstairs made me feel like I was in a cafe. I was satisfied with the location close to several hot places in Yeonnam-dong, air conditioner with hot and cold air, various types of phone chargers, wine glasses and openers, etc., and there were few inconveniences except that the rather narrow sofa and sink water pressure were not good, so it was not easy to wash the dishes.
