Marina and her co-host Aman were communicative, friendly, helpful and always ready to answer questions. The place was perfect for us (a traveling couple) with a 13 year old son, as it had two bedrooms. I think 4 would be a squeeze though the upstairs living room was probably the best part of the flat - with the gorgeous skylight - and had a sofa bed. There were two toilets/sinks, which was great. Excellent neighborhood, well connected. Would happily stay again.

Antoinette was the perfect host: super responsive, proactive, and very accommodating. The home was exactly as described and full of old time charm combined with all the modern amenities. My family of 6 was comfortable and felt at home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was spotless and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

The stay at Catherine and Philippe's went very well. The location is ideal for visiting Paris and the peaceful environment. There are all the amenities within walking distance (shops, market, metro...), and the necessary for housing (bed linen, towels, cleaning products, condiments...). A place to remember!

What a delight to stay at this apartment in the 7Arr. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes! Just far away from the crowds but close enough to be able to easily walk to attractions. Plus there are 2 great metro stations within 7min walking distance. Terrific boulangerie a couple doors down. The apartment itself is inviting and perfectly cool for hot summer days. And being able to make a meal rather than always eat in restaurants is such a pleasure. We were so happy staying in Denis and Aingret’s apartment. Merci beaucoup!!

Valère’s place is perfectly located in a vibrant neighbourhood of Paris, but also completely serene once you’re inside the courtyard. We enjoyed sipping drinks on the terrace, cooking dinner in the kitchen and in the evenings we cosied up on the couch. One of our favorite things about the apartment was watching films (cinema style) with the projector in the living room! The place is also beautifully decorated, which makes you feel like you’re the star of your own movie. We would recommend staying here if you’re a family with smaller children, as the two single beds are a bit small for young adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely revisit! Adrien was an excellent host. We had a group of 13 and ot was perfect for a.large geoup. The place was clean and had ALL the things we needed. She even had some laundry pods available as we weren't able to get to.the store before they closed but really needed a wash. She had multiple washing machines and dryers. Awesome! Would definitely use again.

We had a pleasant stay at Manon's to introduce our four children to Paris. They felt at home thanks to the many games, toys and books they enjoyed! The story time after a busy day is great. Manon's house is ideally located: the metro, which is not far away, allowed us to easily reach our various visits. Several supermarkets are also nearby. Communication with Manon was excellent. In short, we loved our stay :)

We booked this place last minute due to a flight cancellation. It’s lovely. If you are a family with kids, it would be such a great fit. It would as a great fit for our group of three. We appreciated the fan, the sound blocking windows, and the well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit outside of Paris, but we liked exploring the area around the place. Montreuil is definitely a place where people live and work. I felt lucky to get to be part of it for a bit.

Great spot! Place has everything you could need, and great taste in design/vinyl records/books/chef's kitchen/other personal possessions. It was warm and comfy, chopped firewood neatly lining a living room wall, we felt right at home. Plenty of privacy with two separate bedrooms on separate floors, each with its own bathroom. Also an extra loft (to relax or watch movies on a projector). And a beautiful well-tended garden and patio! We loved the location - lots of stuff within close walking distance, but not touristy nor hectic. 1 minute away from a great organic co-op, 1 minute away from Metro (the brown 11 line) many restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (gorgeous park with views and super fun lively cafe/bar with outdoor patio). We took the host's recommendation to try fresh oysters with wine at the farmers market open Fridays right nearby and was fantastic. A generous, responsive host with a great apartment in a great location.

Beautiful welcoming house tastefully furnished. Everything matches the photos shown. Clean house with very good bedding and very nice linens. Very well-equipped kitchen, even the coffee maker was filled with coffee beans. Samuel is a very nice host, very responsive, quickly answering our questions. I would recommend this rental without reservation and will gladly come back.

Ms. Agnes was really helpful during our 3-day stay. She was informative about transportation system, market locations and helped us in need. House was clean, fresh and had everything we need. We also liked how nice and and artistic the house looks. Just keep that in mind, it is far from city center and you should learn metro and bus lines well. Highly recommended✨

A lovely house near a metro station. The house has every comfort, has 2 bedrooms, one on the street side and one on the quiet garden side. Outside a cozy seat, right next to the kitchen. You can stay excellently downstairs in the garden with a book in a lazy chair. The smart TV offers the option to watch Netflix, for example. Within a short distance 2 great restaurants with a good quality/ price ratio. If we go to Paris again, we will definitely book with Wil again.

Great stay at Elise's. The accommodation matches the listing and photos in every way. Responsive owner and always good advice. Cozy well-appointed house, with small garden. A big thank you, we had a lovely time.

Samir was kind enough to let us check in early when there were no guests before us. He was very responsive even at night when we had some inquiries. Samir’s place is also near the bus stop and a walkable to the other station. He was also considerate and did not charge us when we had a sudden extra guest for 1 night of our stay. Overall we had a great stay at Samir’s place!

Metro stop was reasonably close. Listing was completely accurate. Bartolome was extremely helpful and communicated well. Would strongly recommend.

Good and comfortable stay. Clean space as well. 1.5kms away from the station but if you could walk it’s a great place to stay.

Phillipe's home was the perfect fit for our large group of 12. The spacious home allowed us our privacy and included areas to gather as a group and enjoy the peace and tranquility the home offered. Phillipe answered our pre-trip questions, was gracious to allow us an early check-in and made time to connect with us after our arrival. Having access to the laundry room was a plus. Overall, the home was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and amazing. When it came to dining out or grabbing a quick bite to eat, there was no shortage of great restaurants or bakeries in the area to choose from. The Metro was a short walk away making it convenient to see every Paris attraction. I highly recommend Phillipe's home and would stay again for a future trip.
