Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

Excellent location in a beautiful old building, the room and bathroom are very clean, spacious, quiet, well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and Adelaide's welcome at the top, very concerned about the well-being of guests. I would highly recommend it.

I had an incredible experience at Sylvie's place. It truly felt like home, a wonderful sanctuary just a short RER ride from Paris. She was responsive to everything I needed and any questions I had, I had complete privacy, the place was extremely clean, and the WiFi was strong. The location is great, just a 10 to 15-minute walk from the RER A line. It's also located a stone's throw from the Marne, which is a lovely place to walk and sit along the river. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby as well, and much cheaper than those in Paris. I would love to stay again anytime! : )

Anne is a very nice lady. She cares for her guests. Her apartment is an artist apartment which is very rare in Paris. I lived in Paris before. I was with my granddaughter and I chose it because Anne's place represents the typical historic parisien apartment; location, top 7th floor (less noise, better view) a typical parisien balcony with flowers, thyme, vines and strawberries. The view of the Eiffel tower is a Plus. I loved the wooden floors. This Artist family displays a rich history, books, paintings, pictures, photographs, paintings, sculptures, travel artifacts that projects you in the past and in other countries to discover. This is not the modern apartment with a/c but a real Parisien apartment experience which you should experience. Thank Anne for sharing it.

Would recommend Nathalie’s place - the breakfast each morning made us feel like locals! Beautiful presentation and thoughtful amenities. Fun area, close to metro!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

Our stay with Marine was perfect from start to finish. The location was ideal, in close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants in the Latin Quarter of Paris, and felt perfectly safe. Our train was unfortunately delayed and Marine was flexible with the check-in, ensuring that we were able to collect the key once we arrived. The room itself was very clean and tidy, Marine was very organised and restocked essentials daily for us. The beds and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The daily French breakfast was the highlight of our stay, with fresh croissants, baguette, yogurt, coffee, jams being brought to our doorstep every morning. On the train home to London we were saying how much we will miss the breakfast here! It was a beautiful trip and staying here made it even more special. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

The host is so kind... Thank you for bringing snacks and jambutters. The location is nice, and it's a very comfortable and efficient house. The bed was spacious, so it was very comfortable, and it was nice to use the bus or subway. The neighborhood is also safe.

Catherine is a very welcoming and kind person. Our bedroom (and house of course) was super clean, in a very quiet house and near buses to take the metro and get to Paris.

Very welcoming hosts, very nice location, warm both as space and energy. The garden is spectacular and offers very pleasant moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing. We can't wait to come back! Gabriela and Andrada

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

A beautiful oasis near Paris! Marie-Hélène and her husband were very welcoming and kind, we felt very comfortable and loved speaking with them. The entire top floor is ours, and there’s even a view of the Eiffel Tower (from far away). The bathroom was very modern and clean- the shower is amazing (very good water pressure). The surroundings are very quiet and it’s 2 minute walk from the train station, with a cheap (2.50 euros) direct train to Paris. The best part of our stay were the breakfasts in the morning outside- Marie-Hélène prepared a nice spread with beautiful place settings every morning. We loved it and highly recommend this place.

Staying at Mr. Philip's house was the most fortunate decision of our trip to Paris. The location is excellent, close to the subway station, and the room is fully equipped, making our experience great, warm, comfortable and safe. Croissants and bread are delivered every morning, and orange juice, milk, jam and butter are also provided on the first morning.I was very reluctant to leave, and if I had the chance to come to Paris again, I would choose this place!

It was the best choice I've ever made. More than an Air b n b , it was like home. They are superb nice:) very welcoming and nice. I was for 1 month and everything was perfect: I was able to enjoy the balcony, the beautiful and pleasant terrace, the living room , the kitchen ... In addition to breakfast: we are asked what time we want it. I thought it was super friendly. Also like good French they suggested paths, subway lines, etc. I'll definitely go back to their place. They're the best 🥰🫶🏻

Emmanuelle and her daughters were adorable, thank you to them for the welcome, their kindness, the recommendations of restaurants and walks, the bread and the homemade waffles! Special mention to Simba, an adorable Australian shepherd full of love. We recommend 100%.

Clean accommodation, pleasant bedding and responsive host, recommended! Close to Paris, nice. We enjoyed our night and also the products made available in the bathroom.

Thanks to Isabelle, her husband & son for making us feel at home. Isabelle's husband is a wonderful man who was there outside at the entry of the street to welcome us. Once we landed, I called him to check what should I expect the Taxi from CDG airport to the Aribnb should charge me? Not only did he guide me where to find safe taxis from, he asked me to hand over the phone and negotiated with the driver on my behalf. Upon check in, he did a detailed house tour & answered all our questions about what to do, using public transport etc. and told us many times, not to hesitate to call or message him if we get stuck somewhere or if we need any further info. The house itself is spic & span, more beautiful & comfortable than in photos. We had the most comfortable stay. The next day we had to fly to Nice. Isabelle's husband went a step ahead and messaged me the recommendations and no to miss eateries and experiences in Nice. Such wonderful & warm hosts and impeccable property are hard to find

I stayed in this place because of a flight being rescheduled and it was really peaceful. Eléonore even put me in a different room to make sure I wouldn't have to share the kitchen and bathroom space with someone else for most of my stay which I appreciated so much. Check-In was super easy and a lot of nature is closeby. It's also just a 15min taxi ride from the airport so I highly recommend it for staying a night before a flight.

I absolutely loved my stay at Karine's place! After spending time in Paris city center I was so happy i booked her space just outside the city. The apartment is so beautiful, homely, cosy, and equipped with everything you need- and more. I loved the little outside area, the large windows that offer great natural light. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was big enough for one person. I felt right at home in Karine's apartment, using the kitchen space and enjoying her amazing book collection. The area and small town has many great bakeries, restaurants and shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk from various close by bus stations - or a quick 20min walk to a large metro strop. The area is relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I also felt really safe walking at night from the metro stop back to the apartment. I met Karine briefly and wish we had more time to get to know one another. I will be staying in her apartment the next time i have to visit Paris. Thanks Karine!
