Josiane is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is in the middle of the woods and nature... but 10 minutes drive from Disney!! The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and cozy. This is an address we'll remember for next time. Thank you very much Josiane and happy hosting ☺️

This stay was the latest in a series of business trips. At each visit to Françoise and Pascal's, the check-in was of quality. The space is carefully maintained and its independence from the main home is a real plus for me. Nothing else

What a magical accommodation on the outskirts of Paris! What a wonderfully quiet and pleasant area after a beautiful and usually exhausting day in the metropolis ;-) We really enjoyed our time in our accommodation and were able to recharge our batteries between the eventful days. Our children were also very impressed by the glass floor in the 1st floor (reminiscent of the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower). It encouraged them to have lots of playful moments every evening ;-) Everything was there that was mentioned in the description. There was even a heater to keep us warm in the cool evenings :-) And not to forget: our lovely hostess, who responded quickly to every message and in whose home we felt very comfortable right from the start. Even though we were a little sad about our return journey at the end of our stay, we are looking forward to perhaps staying at 14 Av... B... again next time :-) Thank you so much! :-)

René's place is beautiful and very special. The location is perfect for going downtown (a few hundred meters from metro line 1). Nearby there are supermarkets, shops, and restaurants both French and ethnic. The house is well-stocked and bright.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable, cozy and timeless environment. The garden is beautiful.

We had a very good night with 2 adults and 2 kids in this house. A single bed is installed in the entrance, the double bed and the 2nd single bed are side by side in the main room. The beds were made upon arrival and the bedding is comfortable. Our passage was quick but the house lends itself well to our family with 2 children and 2 adults We will be back!

In the morning, I wake up to the sound of the birds chirping and prepare an espresso with the espresso machine. Enjoy a meal overlooking the garden. Dogs and cats greet me when I leave and when I get home. Drink wine and make dinner. It was a wonderful stay.

We felt completely at home during our stay at Camille’s house. Both the home and the garden were beautiful, peaceful, and safe ideal retreat after exploring the city all day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Camille truly thought of every little detail. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great—easy to get around by bus, and there were two amazing bakeries nearby. We loved starting our mornings with fresh baguettes and winding down in the garden with a glass of wine. This place will definitely be my first choice for all my future trips to Paris! :) Merci!

My wife and I moved into Patricia's guest house with our baby daughter, and it quickly became our home. We love the natural materials - stonework walls, wide-plank wooden floors, oversized shower - and the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The house has its own wooden privacy fence and small garden and patio separating it from Patricia's large garden and main house, and the whole property is secure against entry from outsiders. We could choose to open up the wooden gate and have a view all the way into her garden, too - which is so deep and thick that you can't even see her house from our front door and vice versa - or close it to feel like we were in our own little nature preserve. Patricia's care for the environment is evident everywhere, from the gardens to the supplied eco-friendly cleaning products, and we have really enjoyed her company as well. In addition to the great value of this rental, I feel like we've made a friend for life with her. Most highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Héléna's place! It's cosy, full of light and has a balcony with beautiful plants. Location is great with boulangerie-patisserie just across the street, literally next to the metro station and in walkable distance from the Louvre if you feel like exploring Paris on your feet :) And last but not least Héléna is a wonderful host who made sure our stay is totally smooth and enjoyable. The place corresponded exactly to the description and was very nicely decorated. Everything was clean when I arrived. Nicolas is a nice host who also speaks a bit of English. Located in a quiet location. To get to the city center, you can either take the train for about 50 minutes or, as we did, about 30 minutes by car. There is also a bakery nearby that is easy to walk to. You also have a small terrace that you have all to yourself, the cats that come by here are really mega cute. We loved staying at Nicolas's place, we will definitely be back.

The space is very comfortable and lovely. It’s right next to the river and an easy walk to train stations. Grocery store is walkable and nearby as well as pharmacy. The space itself is quiet and right in nature. Karine was a lovely host and was always welcoming. I would recommend this place!

I could not have asked for a better host or more comfortable place to stay while working abroad for a month. Giulio was extremely friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. For example: - I was having trouble getting my rental car into the driveway when I arrived and he pulled it in for me. - I let him know I had friends coming to stay and he brought over another mattress and towels. -He always responded to me right away when I had questions such as how to reset the WiFi, even when I was working very late at night. -He spoke enough English so we could understand each other. Great place to stay, highly recommend!

I stayed in this lovely mini house for a month and had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy and well-designed, with two floors that made it feel very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is incredibly calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. Jessica, the owner, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. There was a minor issue with ants, which is understandable given the house has a garden and natural surroundings. However, this was easily managed with some spray and didn’t affect the overall experience at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
