Luxury rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

Thanks to this amazing apartment, our stay in Paris was truly unforgettable! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, with a breathtaking view right from our windows. You're also surrounded by great restaurants cafés and a short distance from the city's other iconic landmarks. The apartment itself was immaculate, modern, luxurious, and incredibly spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it had all the amenities we could have requested. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The host was outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating. They kindly stored our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re coming to Paris, this is where you want to stay!

This unit is lovely. It is exceptionally nice. The beds are comfortable and linens above par. Daily housekeeping is highly effective and a nice included touch. It feels safe: 2x building door code locks 1x private door look to group of units 1x digital lock on unit. It’s not a hotel lobby but it feels more like home. Bathrooms are both top grade finishes as is the kitchen.

Absolutely outstanding place on the Paris map. Just in the city center but with a lot of privacy. Apartment is a peace of art, equipped in everything you may need. Eric is an amazing host. Helped me organize many unusual things during our stay in Paris. 5* location, 5* accommodation, 5* host.

Great stay! This beautiful, clean apartment was so quiet for sleeping and hanging out in a bustling neighborhood, Le Marais. We love the location, close to many sites like Notre Dame, close to a big department store for things needed, and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pastry shops, clothing shops, sidewalk cafés, were all right there. It also felt very safe with 3 locked access spaces to reach the apartment. PLUS, air conditioning and an elevator. Loved everything about it.

Beautiful apartment in an unexpectedly perfect location. Close to Le Marais but far enough from the Louvre to live like a local and just be apart of the scenery. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The Lander's staff are as accommodating as the Four Seasons concierge. I will only stay here in Paris moving forward.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous apartment in the heart of Paris! The space is beautifully decorated, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. While the apartment doesn’t have AC, keeping the windows open along with the fans provided in each room kept things comfortable, even in warmer weather. There were five of us, and while the bathroom setup is a bit quirky, it worked out just fine for our group. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to so many iconic sites, shops, and cafes. David was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable Paris experience!
