Holiday rentals with a patio in Seine-Saint-Denis

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Logement conforme au descriptif. Le seul petit bémol étant la nuisance (circulation se calmant très nettement durant la nuit) ... on y était également lors de la finale, du coup un peu plus animé et plus longtemps, mais cela reste un détail. Boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble, centre commercial en face de l'immeuble. Le plus étant le parking privatif couvert.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung! Der kleine Garten ist perfekt für ein Frühstück bevor man auf Erkundungstour geht! Gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, einkaufen kann man in der Nähe! Wir fanden die Zeit wunderbar! Vielen Dank!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

L’appartement de Thierry est dans environnement pavillonnaire, tranquille , Il est bien aménagé et équipé, très propre chambre au calme, lit confortable , belle salle de bain , avec un bel extérieur comme sur les photos très agréable Tout très bien Thierry est réactif et de bon conseils

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Verschiedene Metro- und Busstationen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Simo ist ein toller zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns mit ganz vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt hat. Hat alles super easy geklappt. Tolle Kommunikation! Es handelt sich um ein großes modernes Wohnviertel mit einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt in der direkten Umgebung. Empfehlen können wir „Communale Saint-Ouen“ - eine Art Kulturzentrum mit Food Court in einer Halle mit vielen Ständen verschiedener Länder. Sehr lecker! Tolle Atmosphäre, auch super mit Kindern geeignet. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung!

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Madame Milka est une personne très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse. Elle sait vraiment mettre les gens à l’aise et se rend disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et votre bienveillance. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Hanifa est très réactive et arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, par contre il ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des nombreuses marches et des escaliers (la maison est sur deux étages, on rentre par le sous-sol). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et impeccables, ce qui est un gros plus. La maison est très bien placée, à cinq minutes à pieds de la gare RER et juste à côté des commerces. C'est très pratique de pouvoir garer deux (petites !) voitures devant la maison, comme le stationnement dans la rue est payant.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.
