Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Segrate

Amazing apartment that's near the Central station and also tram lines. It's also 5 minutes away (walking) to a popular meeting point for many Bus Tours/ Day trip tours which was very convenient for us. There's a mini mart next door, lots of restaurants nearby as well as the food market that's across the street.

The hous was neat and clean. Everything was equipped perfectly. Adrian kindly explained in detail on how to use various furniture and facilities in the house. Very nice place to stay! Great interior. Within walking distance from the city center. A bit tricky to park the car but once you’re parked, you’re not gonna need a car anymore anyway. Comfortable, quiet and clean, would definitely book again.

Diana and Franck’s place is a great apartment near Milano Centrale (~15 mins walk). Franck was so kind to pick us up at the train station. Apartment is new and fully stocked with anything one may need! A/C was a lifesaver during our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. All in all, it was a great experience!

If you see this place available, book it. No-brainer. It’s on the smaller side, so it’s perfect for a business trip or a romantic getaway for two. Still, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for two. There’s a good workspace, fast internet, and an amazing terrace that works in any weather. You can adjust the temperature easily with the curtains and heater. I really enjoyed my stay. Love this area. Next time I’m in Milan, I’ll check this place first.

This is the second time we came to Francesco's place is a little, cosy, well refurbished apartment, just close to the underground (M1) that allows you to stay in front of he Duomo in 15 minutes. Surroundings are beautiful as well, with the Martesana walk through the fields and nature to relax. The apartment is also close to several supermarkets, amazing cafè and patisseries, and restaurants. Francesco is an amazing host and we will come there for sure in the future!

We loved our stay in Milan. This apartment is in an absolutely gorgeous old building and exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped with anything we could need. There's a supermarket right downstairs if you need to go shopping, and plenty of restaurants and cafes very nearby. It was a short walk from the tram that comes directly from the central train station.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Excellently equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bath items, everything is available. Super, super and super again. Always happy to come back.😉 Thanks for everything.😉😘

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Extremely nice and clean apartment in a nice area, found a nice restaurant and quickly had an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear, the car could be parked safely and we got very good tips about nice eateries nearby, thank you very much for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again.

Andrea is an incredible host, always answering all the questions, flexible with check in as I arrived earlier and giving great tips for restaurants and what to do on the neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as on pictures, with everything we needed and also with great location. For sure we would stay again when traveling to Milan.

This place definitely made our stay in Milan better. It was a 5 minute walk from the station. Really easy access and I love the vibe of the building. The room itself has lots of mirrors and is very bright. Would definitely stay at Michele's place again when we come back.

Excellent experience, clean and spacious apartment, well-connected area.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
