First of all, I should say that I communicate very easily with Mr. Sercan, I found a quick and supportive attitude about everything, thank you. The house is like a corner of heaven, I think. If you want to be isolated from life with friends or family and rest your head for a while and return to your self this is the place to be. The house was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, seating areas and the pool were really perfectly clean. I just need to mention that some of the kitchen utensils were dusty but I can't say dirty. It didn't bother us thinking that the kitchen was too big and there was a lot of stuff that some items hadn't been used in a while and could get dusty. In summary, we had a very nice weekend, we recommend it to everyone, thank you to the hosts.

We're a group of 7 from different parts of Europe, and every one of us said "wow" when we entered the place. VERY spacious, every room has ensuites, great kitchen (one of us is a professional cook) and a beautiful orchard connected to the property. We used the pool (it's connected to a home that occasionally as the host's family but that is 100% usable day or night). You must have a car as taxis don't easily come out, but there's ample parking. The host was super friendly and we had long multi-hour chats about his very interesting life. 100% recommended.

This space is special in so many ways but what stands out the most is Mr. Aytuğ himself. He was extremely kind and helpful to us, making our stay as easy as possible and enjoyable. We made the mistake of not taking groceries and he happily took us to thr supermarket twice! I can't recommend this place enough: the views, the pool, the house itself and the host! Will be coming back 😊

We would not have had such a peaceful holiday if we did not come to the comments. We experienced it with our 2-year-old daughter, we really felt like we were in our own home. There are comments in the comments as if they smell dusty, I do not understand what they expect when coming to the farm house, of course the dirt will be dust. We woke up with the sounds of birds, it was very pleasant. There is no smell either. They took great care of Mr. Serkan, his wife, especially their sweet son, and we were very pleased to meet them. We recommend undoubtedly

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, Mr. Serkan is a very caring host. A place where you can be exposed to plenty of nature and peace. There are cats and dogs in the garden, but the cats are now a little brazen :) My only recommendation is that the glass in the kitchen, etc. It could be a little cleaner, we needed to wash it, otherwise it was a smooth and comfortable stay. It's not a place you want to enter the road all the time, it's just a 1 km long dirt road that is very narrow and full of potholes. If you say I will go in the morning and enter in the evening, it is not too much of a problem, or if you say we will not go anywhere anyway, that will be fine. In general, it's a calm place to relax with pleasure. But there are 1 meter of space next to each other in both farmhouses, and you have to consider this before your stay.

The hosts are very nice people, they describe every detail nicely after the welcome. All kinds of items are available for use in the house and all of them are presented in a very clean way.

Our second stay here and just as wonderful. Macit is extremely friendly, the accommodation is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. We highly recommend this experience. We practically guarantee you’ll feel at home.

If you want to have a peaceful getaway in touch with nature, Ms. Nühal's house is definitely the right address! Although we didn't have a car, he picked us up from the bus station and showed a great example of hospitality. Thanks to its friendly face and sincerity, we felt more like a host than a guest. The location of the house was incredibly enjoyable to wake up in the heart of nature with the sounds of birds. The cleanliness, comfort, and calmness of the environment were excellent. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take a short getaway and relax their soul with peace of mind. 🌿✨

We are so great with evetything

We liked it here a lot. Communication and welcome were excellent and we were very well looked after throughout. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the views were wonderful, We stayed with our two dogs who also enjoyed it - the farm animals are super friendly! Highly recommended. An affordable break to take yourself into the peace and quiet. We will return.

Fatih and his parents (Sabri bey and his mother) are incredible and amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating with our travel delays and provided detailed information about things to do around Urla. The listing is very accurate and few mins from downtown Urla, but you do need a car to get around. We had tons of fun playing with the cats, hanging out by the fire place, exploring Urla and enjoying numerous gifts from our hosts. We highly recommend sincap evi, and hope to return soon (especially during early spring -- our activities were a little limited because of winter).
