Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seferihisar

Güneş's place was perfect for relaxing, the complex is large and the rooms are clean. There is also a pool and plenty of opportunities for sitting and lying. The accommodation is very good if you have a car, as you live between Cesme and Izmir center and from there you can get to all places quite quickly without any problems. Overall, a perfect place to stay. I would recommend it and come again myself.

The place was calm They will stay in the summer in season, I'm sure they can do more activities. We found what we were looking for. It suited my purpose.

The house is especially beautiful in the garden and the location of the house, the internet is fast, we work remotely, we did not have any problems, although the garden was a registration, we had a sea manazar. Mr. Umut was also very caring and hospitable.

A house, which is in a very central location, met all our needs. They were very interested in us at the restaurant within the house. We especially thank them very much. I think the price is enough for home quality. Thank you for the facilities of Orkun and the family.

I should preface this review by stating that we weren’t Başka’s typical Turkish tourists but rather tourists from California. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ersin generously took the time to communicate with us (via translation app) despite the language barrier, making sure our needs were met and just being personable. The property has gorgeous gardens and views of Urla throughout, and the accommodations were clean and new. We also thoroughly enjoyed thoughtfully prepared meals that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The pool was also well kept and refreshing. Many thanks to Ersin and his team for a relaxing time in Urla!

The 2 days passed for the stay were really peaceful. The whole team was very caring. Since it has just opened, the equipment is spotless, there is an espresso machine in the rooms, the walnut room opens directly to the pool and you can watch the unique nature view from your bed. Cats and dogs surround you in the garden. You can enjoy a hammock or a swing, it's a unique place to watch the stars. Its nature can be used as a yoga campsite, you can also consider it for small engagement ceremony, family/friends birthday celebrations, all kinds of invitations and organizations. Since we went by bus, we took a taxi from the hotel to the center, it takes 25 minutes if you want to walk, the exit may take longer. If you want to go by bus from Izmir, you can take 984 to get off at Urla State Hospital and use a taxi from there, it is available until 5pm in front of the hospital. If you can't find it, the hotel can pick you up. Since we can't think about this option, luckily, the surrounding neighbors supported me, I can recommend it to☺️ everyone with peace of mind
