Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seferihisar

We had a pleasant day, it was very clean. Having a barbecue was a big plus. The only downside was that we couldn't use the pool, I guess it was because it wasn't summer yet. Apart from that, everything was fine, we thank them very much.

Ms. Eylem and her family were very kind people. They tried to help as best as they could. The house was more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, in our opinion. We didn't prefer the sea because it wasn't suitable for us, but the sea was quite close to the house. The pool was clean, we usually spent time there. It was very nice and enjoyable to have the opportunity to barbecue. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Gökçenefe's house between 14-20 June 2025. Mrs. Gülsüm is really a very friendly and good host. The house was as seen in the photos, clean and all the furniture was new. It is right in the center, next to the markets, 2 minutes walk into the castle, we were very pleased with the location of the house. Ms. Gülsüm wrote a message almost every day and asked if we needed anything. She gave us information about the region and told us about the beaches we could go to. We really liked her, she is a very kind and caring host. If I go to Sığacık again, I will definitely stay at Ms. Gülsüm's house. My mother and father were with us on our trip and we all felt at home. We also thank you very much for those beautiful wraps.😊

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

The place was very clean and well decorated – you immediately felt at home. Everything was as on the pictures and in a very well maintained condition. The contact with Julia was excellent, she was always available and very friendly. If I am back in Izmir, I will definitely stay there again. Clear recommendation!

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were serious about hosting, but they were also warm and friendly. I stayed with my mother, siblings and cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, and balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we were leaving. I would like to share with you my pleasant experience in Urla. During this time, we stayed at Ru Cottage House. There is a keyless encrypted entrance at home. Before we arrived, he informed and helped us with many issues such as encrypted entrances, location for transportation, parking advice and common area terrace use. There were well thought-out details such as toothbrush/paste/fiber in the small package prepared for the guests, and most of the items you might need in the kitchen. The house is in an old but safe neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to the art street and to reach the main road by car. We did not encounter any problems. Even if there were some shortcomings in the house, it allowed us to continue our holiday without compromising our enjoyment and comfort. We had access to the terrace, which is a common area. I recommend you to have coffee in this area with a view of the sea and the islands. It's a place I'll definitely choose for my next Urla vacation. Thanks for everything.

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.
