Öncelikle Sercan bey ile çok kolay iletişim kurduğumu belirtmeliyim, her konuda hızlı ve destekçi bir tavırla muhatap buldum teşekkür ediyorum. Ev bana kalırsa cennetten bir köşe gibi. Arkadaşlarınız veya ailenizle hayattan soyutlanıp bir süreliğine kafanızı dinlemek ve benliğinize dönmek isterseniz olmanız gereken yer burası. Ev gayet temizdi, yatak odaları, banyolar, oturma alanları ve havuz gerçekten mükemmel temizlikteydi. Yalnızca belirtmem gerekir ki bazı mutfak gereçleri tozluydu ama kirli diyemem. Mutfağın çok büyük olduğunu ve fazla eşya olduğunu düşünürsek bazı eşyaların bir süredir kullanılmadığını ve tozlanabileceğini düşünerek bizi rahatsız etmedi. Özetle Çok güzel bir haftasonu geçirdik, herkese tavsiye ediyor, ev sahiplerine teşekkür ediyoruz.

We're a group of 7 from different parts of Europe, and every one of us said "wow" when we entered the place. VERY spacious, every room has ensuites, great kitchen (one of us is a professional cook) and a beautiful orchard connected to the property. We used the pool (it's connected to a home that occasionally as the host's family but that is 100% usable day or night). You must have a car as taxis don't easily come out, but there's ample parking. The host was super friendly and we had long multi-hour chats about his very interesting life. 100% recommended.

This space is special in so many ways but what stands out the most is Mr. Aytuğ himself. He was extremely kind and helpful to us, making our stay as easy as possible and enjoyable. We made the mistake of not taking groceries and he happily took us to thr supermarket twice! I can't recommend this place enough: the views, the pool, the house itself and the host! Will be coming back 😊

Yorumlara aldanıp gelmeseydik böyle huzurlu bir tatil yapmayacaktık. 2 yaşında kızımız ile deneyimledik gerçekten kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. yorumlarda tozlu kokuyor gibi yorumlar var çiftlik evine gelirken ne bekliyorlar anlamıyorum elbette toprak toz olacak. kuş sesleri ile uyandık çok keyifliydi. koku da yok. Serkan Bey olsun eşi olsun özellikle de tatlı tatlı oğulları olsun çok güzel ilgilendiler ve tanıştığımıza çok memnun olduk. Tavsiye ediyoruz şüphesiz

Eşimle 2 gece konakladık, Serkan bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Bolca doğaya ve huzura maruz kalabileceğiniz bir mekan. Kediler ve köpekler var bahçede ama kediler artık biraz yüzsüzleşmişler :) Tek tavsiyem mutfaktaki bardak vs biraz daha temiz olabilirdi yıkamak gereksinimi duyduk onun dışında sorunsuz ve rahat bir konaklamaydı. Yolu sürekli gir çık yapmak isteyeceğiniz bir yer değil sadece, çok dar ve çukurlarla dolu 1 km uzunluğunda bir toprak yol. Sabah çıkıp akşam girerim derseniz çok dert değil ya da biz zaten bir yere gitmeyeceğiz derseniz o da sorun olmaz. Genel hatlarıyla sakin ve keyifle kafa dinlenebileceğiniz bir yer. Ama iki çiftlik evi de yan yana aralarında 1 metre boşluk var bunu da göz önünde bulundurmak lazım konaklamadan önce.

Ev sahipleri oldukça iyi insanlar, karşılama sonrası her detayı güzel bir şekilde anlatıyorlar. Evin içerisinde kullanılması için her türlü eşya mevcut ve hepsi de çok temiz bir şekilde kullanıma sunulmuş.

bugüne kadar bir süre evde kaldım ama zuhal hanımın ilgisi alakası yardımseverliği hiç biriyle kıyaslanamaz bile. Bizim için sunmuş olduğu olanaklar harikaydı. Eve giderken yol biraz sıkıntılı olmasına rağmen orta noktaya kadar gelip eşlik etti sonrasında yaşamış olduğumuz tüm deneyimler için çok yardımcı oldu ev kesinlikle tertemizdi ve inanılmaz güzel bir manzarası vardı doğayla iç içe, her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz

We liked it here a lot. Communication and welcome were excellent and we were very well looked after throughout. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the views were wonderful, We stayed with our two dogs who also enjoyed it - the farm animals are super friendly! Highly recommended. An affordable break to take yourself into the peace and quiet. We will return.

Fatih and his parents (Sabri bey and his mother) are incredible and amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating with our travel delays and provided detailed information about things to do around Urla. The listing is very accurate and few mins from downtown Urla, but you do need a car to get around. We had tons of fun playing with the cats, hanging out by the fire place, exploring Urla and enjoying numerous gifts from our hosts. We highly recommend sincap evi, and hope to return soon (especially during early spring -- our activities were a little limited because of winter).
