Holiday rentals with a patio in Seaview

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Sarah and Mark are absolutely amazing hosts, I was welcomed into a beautiful annexe with a hamper of goodies. Sarah was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me and my wife, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend break - it’s an absolute treasure and beautiful property. Well recommended! ☺️

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Mary’s house is exactly as described It’s not the fanciest air bnb I have stayed at but is extremely well done And is very good value We felt right at home We really enjoyed our stay Little things like milk butter and jam along with fresh crumpets made it extremely welcoming I think Mary could teach some other Air BnB hosts a great way of doing things Thank You

I’d like to say huge Thank You! We had amazing time at The Gables. The house is much bigger than on the photos and very well designed. It’s important to us that Jane provided all essentials like foil, washing up liquid, salt, etc. She also gave us a few recommendations and all of them were superb (especially Crown & Anchor and the pizza place CHK). Also, she allowed us to use the beach trolley which was very convenient as the beach is in a walking distance. I would highly recommend this house for family gatherings and I hope we’ll be back one day.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

What a wonderful stay at the Little Blue house. There was lots to entertain our little ones and the sleeping arrangements worked well with the bunk bed! The house is very clean and the shower is great (as is the bath!). It’s a quiet area but within easy reach of all that you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The walks in to town were easy and likewise to the beach. Thank you so much!

Lovely family home. Good location for exploring the island. David is a great host and answered questions quickly. Our kids (4 & 1) loved the toys both inside and out. It’s a great family home.

What an amazing apartment!! The photos really don't do it justice. The views are amazing and we spent ages just watching the sea and the boats go past. The kids loved it to. Rodney met us and went through where everything was. There was everything you needed. It was super clean and comfy. It was easy to get to the coastal path and walk into Ventnor even with our 2 kids. It was also really useful for have a dedicated parking spot. Thanks so much for letting our family stay. We had such a great time.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

Perfect unit for a couple to relax and enjoy the incredible ocean view. Great amenities and a lovely welcome pack. Martin was able to offer us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Quiet location with only the sound of the waves and a few seagulls, yet very close to things to do. Easy on site parking.

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

Fiona's apartment is a very good size for a one bed apartment and it was very clean and bright - looks even better in real life than in the photographs. Location was excellent and we were fortunate to get parking across from the apartment for the 2 nights that we were there. We didn't get to meet Fiona but communication was always very friendly and timely. We look forward to returning for another visit at some point in the near future

We had a lovely stay at John & Lynn’s place! They were very accomodating and arranged an early check in for us. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfy too! The area was lovely, quiet but close to the main area. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a lovely stay here. The apartment is gorgeous - you cannot beat the view from the wraparound balcony! The rooms are a nice size and the floor to ceiling windows are stunning. Sherryn was very responsive and helpful, a great host! Cannot recommend this place enough - in fact, we already have!
