Such an amazing find, so grateful. I couldn’t fault anything. Looking out on to the nature reserve was relaxing, plus having somewhere to sit, such as the picnic bench or recliners was heavenly, as well as a parasol to keep us shaded from the sun. The beaches were so convenient and perfect for our dog to run around on. The extra touches that were considered, such as the arrival gifts and card, plus cleaning items. Even the weather was great. Such a perfect little holiday, I’m hoping we can return. Thank you.

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

A stylish and convenient fuss-free solution when I needed a few nights stopover. The bathtub was huge and perfect for a good soak! Loved the proximity to Ventnor seafront and all the lovely local shops. Long stay carpark is literally the other side of the road and I always got a parking space.

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Great place to stay, very clean & tidy with everything we needed. Bread, milk, eggs, tea & coffee all provided and jams/butter in fridge. Nice to have small private outside space. Lovely surroundings on well maintained site with plenty of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and would return. Accommodation close enough to amenities for youngsters to walk to but far enough away to not be disturbed. Hosts very responsive to messages. Many thanks Roxanne & Louise

Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

We had a 2 night stay during half term. The lodge was perfect t for what we needed. Easy to find, had all the necessary amenities and the hot tub was a great bonus!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful family holiday. The location is amazing. Very well appointed place with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Maria and Chris were helpful and comms were great.

Charlotte and Tony were so friendly and helpful and the Cabin was perfect for our needs. It was lovely and quiet but within easy walking distance of Seaview village. The Cabin was very well equipped and we really appreciated all the extra touches and treats ! Our two little dogs also had a great time ! Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Thank you so much for a lovely week in your beautiful property . So well set up for a beach side Seaview holiday . Near the centre of the village and near the sea . Clean and great for the children . They absolutely loved the triple bunks ! We will look to return .

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

Unique and amazing location. The window seat provides a 180 degree view of sea and sky across to the Isle of Wight. All very beautiful and dramatic. Clean and well looked after. Enjoyable stay for all the family.

Jojo was hugely attentive, accommodating and for-filled all our requests, big or small.

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book
