Holiday rentals with a patio in Isle of Wight

Sarah and Mark are absolutely amazing hosts, I was welcomed into a beautiful annexe with a hamper of goodies. Sarah was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me and my wife, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend break - it’s an absolute treasure and beautiful property. Well recommended! ☺️

Lovely apartment, completely clean and well stocked with everything you’d need. The host left a big box of chocolates and a bottle of prosecco which was a nice touch. Can’t fault it in any way and will definitely come back when we are next on the island. One small thing is we arrived in the dark and struggled to find the entrance to the apartments as the postcode on maps didn’t direct far enough down the road. Maybe some photo’s of the turn in would be helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and first visit to the island! The apartment had everything we could ever wish for and we felt right at home. The master bedroom has the most beautiful views to the beach and cliff, the high ceilings throughout the property certainly have the wow factor. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need to make whatever meal you desire, although there are loads of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance so no need to cook unless you want to! Shelley is an amazing host who answered all of our questions right away. All the information before and during our stay was really helpful to make the most out of our time there. Overall would recommend this for couple, friends or family! We travelled with our 1 year old toddler and the property worked super well for her as well. There are so many things to do on the island we cannot wait to come back!

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!

Micasa was perfect for our long weekend trip to Ventnor for me, my husband and our 1 year old! We really loved our stay, it was a very relaxing, comfy space (the big sofa was great!) and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Our little one was so happy and comfortable being here, she settled in so quickly too. And it was also a great location to explore the area. Thank you Sonia and Marcus for being so accommodating and flexible, and for all the extras we enjoyed and bits for our little one (the highchair with the tray was so helpful!). We hope to return again soon 😊

This is the best location on the island. Perfect view over the Esplanade and the sea but still peaceful and private. Near to great coast walks and the town centre. Comfy beds, plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, great outdoor furniture on the balcony, well equipped kitchen and lovely bathrooms. Dawn was friendly and responsive. Couldn’t fault it! A wonderful place in every way.

has everything you need for an enjoyable time in the IOW. There's a pub almost next door! Pretty much every thing you might want to see is easy to get to, no more than about 40 mins to the furthest places. comfortable and well equipped! EV charger was good to have, if a little tricky to set up.

From start to finish Karen was the perfect host. Correspondence was quick and on meeting she was friendly, welcoming and informative. The garden flat clean and comfortable - a home from home. Karen had milk, biscuits and a variety of teas plus coffee and hot chocolate ready for us. The property is in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and will most definitely return.

A really lovely house with a great size garden for the kids to play. It was an easy walk into cowes along the sea front, only a 15-20 minute stroll. Many pubs serving great food in cowes, very dog friendly. Would recommend The Fountain Inn if you have dogs. We had a great week with all the family, and hope to come back one day. Jo is very responsive to any questions, and even quickly popped over some oven trays when we couldn’t find them. Thank you for a fantastic week

Olive House was a fabulous place to stay. The beds are comfortable, showers are powerful and the kitchen well equipped. We loved the big dining table for family dinner and the comfy corner sofa in the living room for family games evening. It was a perfect location for us as we needed to be close to Newport but lovely to be out of town and on the River. It was great to be able to leave the car and walk along the river to pub for dinner.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

Me and my friends stayed at Nicholas’ place for the weekend. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond—welcoming us with a bottle of champagne which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was spotless, beautifully cozy, and felt like a perfect little retreat. We especially loved the hot tub—such a relaxing experience, especially in the evening. Everything was just as described, if not better. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Spitfire House. It’s a spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and tastefully decorated home which has an amazing sea view you could gaze at forever! There were so many wonderful little extra touches which made our stay exceed expectations by miles! We will definitely return and I can’t thank Richard and family enough. Brilliant communication too. We would love to return soon. One of the best places I have stayed anywhere in the world.

Had a lovely stay here for one night. Melissa is a great host who was really helpful and responsive. The flat is beautiful, extremely clean and has probably the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! No faults at all, would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing stay at Tracy& Dave’s. The annexe was spotless. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay. The location was ideal. It made visiting the Island convenient and will definitely return. Tracy& Dave went beyond to ensue we had everything we needed. It was an added bonus that our two little dogs were welcome and the added touch of blankets , towels and bowls were provided for them. There was a field close by to walk the dogs which was great. Such a Thoughtful touch. It was great to sit out in the garden and enjoy a relaxing drink in the evenings. Would definitely recommend the annexe for any looking to unwind or to explore the island.

What an amazing apartment!! The photos really don't do it justice. The views are amazing and we spent ages just watching the sea and the boats go past. The kids loved it to. Rodney met us and went through where everything was. There was everything you needed. It was super clean and comfy. It was easy to get to the coastal path and walk into Ventnor even with our 2 kids. It was also really useful for have a dedicated parking spot. Thanks so much for letting our family stay. We had such a great time.

Absolutely loved our stay on the Isle of Wight. Was our first time visiting the island to attend Takeover and was over the moon to find an air BnB that had a driveway big enough for the 2 cars we brought for the show. The instructions were clear and the annex was easy to find. It was clean & cosy but also much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the little touch with the dart board and had a few games when we had some downtime on the evenings. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We very much felt at home and looked forward to returning on the evenings after our long days out and driving around the island. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect unit for a couple to relax and enjoy the incredible ocean view. Great amenities and a lovely welcome pack. Martin was able to offer us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. Quiet location with only the sound of the waves and a few seagulls, yet very close to things to do. Easy on site parking.

We had a fantastic stay at John and Lynn’s place! They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and super comfortable. We especially appreciated the big TV – perfect for watching Eurovision final in style! The location couldn’t have been better – convenient to everything and ideal for exploring the Isle of Wight. Thanks to John and Lynn, our trip was smooth, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance of beach. We stayed with 2 children and they could easily make the walk to the beach, although it's quite steep coming back! Deborah was very proactive with communicating which made everything really easy. A really good base for exploring the island, and we are already talking about coming back.
