The soaking tub with endless hot water, freshly ground local coffee, & Smith Teas. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.

Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)

This urban oasis is nestled in a historic West Seattle orchard just minutes from the West Seattle bridge. You will have your own private entrance through the garden and enjoy a sun-filled one bedroom apartment with nine foot ceilings, a fireplace, and an outdoor secluded patio.
