Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seaside Heights

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

Perfect spot for a group, lots of bedroom space and the roof top deck was perfect for a Pilates lesson. Everything was described according to her post and we would stay again

What a wonderful Airbnb. It was exactly as shown and described. We loved our stay at George's place and would happily stay there again. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there. Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful unique Airbnb! Dawn was such a wonderful, friendly host who responded quickly when I had any questions. The check in was a breeze and as soon as we walked in you felt all of the comforts of home. For being an older home it sure was very clean and updated. I loved all of the unique decor. The airbnb had all of the amenities we needed and more! I mean EVERYTHING! There are also plenty of places to eat at grocery shop in the area . The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the shore and boardwalk just a short drive down the street. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Cynthia was a great host. She was easily accessible and timely in her responses. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was great-walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We enjoyed the weekend.

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

Stayed for about 2 months at Ryan’s place and felt right at home! The listing was exactly as advertised and was in an ideal location close to the boardwalk and beach, as well as to shopping and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and parking was super easy right in front of the house! The space was equipped with everything I needed for a long term stay: kitchen appliances, cookware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. Though it was only myself staying here the unit could easily have slept 8 people and is the ideal spot for a long term stay or a beach weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend this spot to everyone and would love to stay again sometime!

Konrad and his wife are awesome hosts. A few minor things happened with TV and hot water they came and fixed it immediately . The upside of that is I made a new friend. Helene was so nice. I enjoyed my weekend there and I can't wait to go back. The condo was spotless and in a very good location. We were able to walk to Seaside Heights for all the attraction but were happy to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Seaside Park. I am grateful we found a hidden little gem in such a busy holiday weekend. 💕

We weren't on vacation. Just needed a place to stay while our house was getting renovations. It was very nice, and the location was great for us, as it was very quiet because it was close to the bay area then the busier ocean side. It has everything you could need in the kitchen if your looking to eat at home, and a grocery store less then a mile away. It was great for us.

Place was very pretty, spotless, and comfortable. Living room sliders and large deck provide a direct view of the beautiful bay. Location is private and quiet but still in walking distance to a bayside beach, a very nice seafood restaurant, a local burger spot with outdoor seating that faces the bay, and a nice Italian Cafe and Pizza spot. You can also walk to a nice grocery store. I love Island Beach State Park which is only a 10-15 minute easy drive.

Jennifer was very friendly and super responsive, even checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was so clean and the decor was modern and cozy. The bay and beach are both visible from the house. The bay was a less than one minute walk and had a really nice fishing pier and fun playground for the kids. The beach was just a few minutes further. The badges provided were good for both the bay and the beach, which was nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom had plenty of extra towels. The washer and dryer were also very convenient to have. There were also lots of extra sheets and pillows. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely rebook with Jennifer in the future!

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Everything was as we expected, and Kitty was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.
