Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

Great stay here! Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed making coffee and sitting on the deck in the morning. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. We needed extra chairs and an umbrella and Kathryn had those items in the closet that we were able to use. Hope to visit again.

We loved staying at Kim's beautiful property. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. Had everything we needed, and the location was amazing. Kim has clearly put alot of effort and love into creating a beautiful, artistic and peaceful retreat. You can make reservations for lunch at the gorgeous Haute Enchilada. And it was a short walk from a gorgeous beach and the harbour. We would happily move in permanently!

Perfect location for us while visiting family in the area and attending my Grandma’s 95th birthday celebration all while still feeling like we were on a remote vacation for my own little family. We definitely plan to return!! Thank you Carli and Team!!

We visited for our daughter’s college graduation and are so glad we found this home for our stay! We were greeted with Claire’s thoughtful note, fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and water bottles, and snacks (which our kids appreciated so much after a long trip!) The home is pristine clean, and the fresh modern coastal decor and natural light makes the place refreshing and peaceful. She even left ground coffee and creamers which we enjoyed before our beautiful walk into town and beach. In the evening, we did a family game night with the games she has stored there. Claire was so responsive, one of our best Airbnb stays ever! Highly recommend :) Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

We loved this place! It was very spacious and held our big group very comfortably. Beds are all really comfortable, couch is big and great for groups. Bathrooms do look different than pictured in the photos, but they’re so cute! Feels kinda vintage cozy. The backyard area/deck is wonderful as well. Location is great, easy access to both Carmel by the sea and Monterey.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

This place was great. The owners pay attention to the details and offered many amenities that we don’t see at other Airbnb’s. I highly recommend this place.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

Cute house. Would advise driving during daylight tho, the roads are extremely windy and challenging at night. We had a tough time driving up in the dark. The amenities like hot tub were great. House was as described! Easy to use amenities. Would advise bringing a jacket on April.

What an awesome place this is! The house is located on top of a mountain which gives stunning views. Day and night! And waking up with a swim in such surroundings is a very nice way to start your day!

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

Very well kept house: well furnished and very clean. I would not hesitate to recomendar this place and would come back with out doubt.

Lovely place, quiet, very clean and cozy and with a comfy bed and great view of the hillside. Everything was just as described and Patricia was very helpful and lovely. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog too. The place is close to Carmel Valley Village and not far from it there’s a wonderful walking area next to Carmel river .

A very nice home for a stay with a moderately sized family. Very good walkable restaurants from the house. A very short drive away from the aquarium, felt very safe with the kids playing in the yard it was enclosed.

The layout of this apartment was perfect. It was spotless and new. The dogs had a little dog run and the dog park across the street was handy. The bed was comfortable too!

The cottage is very quiet, private, and attractive. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway. It also had the best stocked kitchen and fridge of any place we have ever stayed. Thank you! To find fresh eggs in the fridge and waffles, pancakes and croissants in the freezer was so convenient and helpful. Knowing it was all there, along with tea and coffee, made for such an easy and relaxing start to our stay.
