Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Searsmont

thank you for such a lovely visit. we had such a great time, we were here for a short night, but the place was great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

We have been staying at Sea Breeze for the last 4 years while my daughter was a student at Maine Maritime Academy. It is like our home away from home. Very well stocked, always clean, and Jane always communicates any special events taking place in town. So many special touches that you immediately feel at home upon check in.

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The lakeside cabin was just what I needed. Quiet, private, and right on the water. My dog loved running in the yard and swimming in the lake. The cabin was comfortable with all the basics, and sitting on the porch watching the water was so relaxing. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.

It was a great stay! The place was so spacious and peaceful. Brad was quick to respond and really helpful. If I were to come back here, I’d definitely stay here again. A great experience 10/10 recommend!

Awesome house with fantastic views! The 5 of us girls had the best girls weekend ever. We had plenty of room, this house is very comfy and clean, and the hot tub and sauna were a plus. The ferry is so close you can walk to it. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great spot to stay while in Damariscotta - cute, peaceful and comfy, looks just like the photos. It's in a great location, right in town, and near multiple sights and activities, including 4 lighthouses in the mid-coast area - Pemaquid, Marshall Point, Owls Head, and Rockland Breakwater. You can grab the boat to Monhegan in Port Clyde or head up to the Farnsworth in Rockland and tons of other things - it's a fun area and this is a spot that can work nicely as a home base. I didn't see Valerie, but all of our interactions were very pleasant and she's very responsive.

The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed, and no clutter! Beautiful furnishings, modern, simple and comfortable. Surprised by the unexpected gorgeous view of the Narrows bridge at night - what a great seating alcove to enjoy it! Easily walkable to the waterfront and restaurants. We have come to depend on Warren's on the Waterfront and Bucksport House of Pizza over the past few years of visiting - this trip did not disappoint, the pizza and sandwiches are still top notch! We were here this time for our son's graduation from MMA, and although we rented a larger home for the younger guests and West Coast visitors, we chose this one for us, as a place to get away from the chaos of the larger home. It was simply perfect. Kudos to your housekeeping, the apartment was spotless and so welcoming - especially after a 13 hour drive from Maryland. Even though our son has graduated, we will be back. We just love the area. Thank You!!!

Our stay at Pam’s place was absolutely fantastic! This is our second time staying at The Nest. The apartment was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. We typically cook at least two meals a day and we had everything necessary. Pam was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. She stocked the fridge with eggs, butter, milk and half & half in addition to having cookies and muffins waiting for us on arrival. The location was perfect for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia, but was far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We especially appreciated the cozy living space, comfortable bed, and fireplace to toast our toes. We love the mini farm aspect of The Nest. Seeing the chickens, goats, mini horses, ducks, and dogs as we come and go is definitely something we looked forward too. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing & unique stay away the hubbub but close enough to every

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! We had a wonderful stay in Belfast! Thierry was always quick to respond with any questions we had or recommendations needed. Apartment was clean, adorable and very comfortable. We were able to walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants near by. We would be happy to stay again when we visit and would recommend to friends and family.
