The Hammock Haven Island Dome looks at sunsets on Annabessacook Lake. Sleep comfortably, cook your favorite meals, hammock nap on a dock in the water, bask in the glow of the fire or wood stove, hear the calls of the loons, play on the rope swing, canoe, kayak, or paddle board the lake, explore the trails of this 14 acre wooded island, and then repeat as needed. Welcome to the “East Wing”! The complete apartment is new: salt box style with beautiful views of nature (hummingbirds, fireflies, starry skies). The East Wing is first to greet the sun in the morning. Enjoy your coffee on the private deck, or sip wine at night by the fire pit. Close to Tanglewood Rd (4H camp) , Camden Hills State Park trails, and Lincolnville Beach(1 -2 miles). The area is quiet- yet just a few miles away from shopping and restaurants in Camden, Belfast, & Rockland.

Room with a Brew

Welcome to our new building. "A Room With a Brew" is located above Belfast's newest craft brewery, Frosty Bottom Brewing. A small community supported brewery open 2 days/week for 3-4 hours for beer share members. Guests can request a tour of the brewery and sample some fresh beer. Owners live in downtown Belfast and are available should any issues arise during your stay. The apartment/brewery is located 3 miles from downtown on a quiet road that offers local hiking and biking.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Birch Hill Cabin w/Hot Tub

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!
