We had a lovely stay at Kathy's apartment. Kathy was a great host. She really goes the extra mile. The apartment was clean, safe and modern. We will definitly visit again.

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

Stayed at Grant’s place due to an emergency building issue at my apartment. It was perfect for the time. Grant was super helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place. Also super safe for female solo travelers. Slept so well.

We got really lucky staying at Paul’s place! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sea Point, with incredible views and easy access to the promenade. The apartment is super spacious, filled with natural light, a cute balcony, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is perfect if you enjoy cooking at home. Paul was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Overall, a cozy, comfortable stay and great value for the price.

Yana is an amazing host and I definitely hope to be back again. The place is great and has an amazing view. We immensely appreciated the late checkout share allowed out as we had an evening flight out of Cape Town.

Allen's home on Clifton beach was perfect for our family of 7. Unbelievable views of the beach with amazing windows to view from most every room. I could have stayed there a year. Amos, the in-house keeper, was amazing at the household duties and we enjoyed seeing him around the property. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing place.

After an unfortunate mixup on check-in, we thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the modern interior was much appreciated. There was more than enough space & very comfortable. We also liked the two parking bays allocated to the apartment. Overall, I would definitely return & recommend.

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and had a really great time. Leigh was so per helpful and a very responsive host! The apartment is new and beautiful furnished. We found everything we needed from towels, hairdryer, kitchen stuff, and even some sweets as a welcome gift. The building is brand new and also offers a reception at the entrance as well as a security guard which made us feel really save. Additionally it also has a rooftop pool with a nice view towards the sea and lions Head. The location of the apartment is perfect if you want a great mix between Waterfront/city Center and Sea point. Just across the street is a small mall with coffee shops and a big supermarket, very convenient. We went for a run each morning on the coastline which is just down the street. To us the area seemed quite save, even at nights. In summary we highly recommend this cozy apartments. Thanks Leigh for the great stay!

We had a wonderful week at Saul’s cottage in Sea Point. So much thought has been put into all the little like a nutri bullet, coffee machine and air fryer in the kitchen and deck chairs, beach towels, cooler box, games, beach umbrella for the beach, to name a few! The cottage is in easy walking distance to amazing restaurants and grocery stores and also very easy to get to surrounding places of interest like the V and A and Camps Bay. We didn’t have a chance to meet Saul but Bella and Tigger checked in on us regularly and we enjoyed our cuddle sessions with them!

Jason's unit was absolutely wonderful. As instructed, we messaged Chris(property manager) from the airport and he was waiting for us in front of the building. After guiding us to the secured parking garage, we checked in on the ground floor, a 2-3 mins process. Then up to the unit where Chris explained how to access building/garage, about area shops and restaurants, recommended local sites & paragliding(loved it!). It made a big difference in getting our bearings. The 2-bedroom unit was meticulously clean w/ lots of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out (coffee,sugar,cream,paper towels,etc) and the view was incredible. Even the bed was comfortable(important to us) & I’m happy to report we slept well, commenting how comfortable the bed was each morning. The location was excellent, one block from the beach walk and main strip and significantly quieter. Across the street there's a grocer, bakery/restaurant, hair/nail salon, pharmacy, etc. A great place!

The place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The view is gorgeous and the surroundings are amazing. I Definitely recommend it.

Aidan was a great host, of this fantastic apartment, with a breathtaking view, immense sun exposure, in a premium location, very well furnished with excellent taste. All excellent, second-to-none experience in Capetown and one to repeat.

My friend and I stayed here for 7 days and felt at home. I do want to note that the photos of the living room and kitchen were taken with a wide lens and at angles that make it look much larger than it actually is so upon walking into it for the first time, that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the apartment was nice and clean and the staff were very responsive to our questions. The area is pretty walkable, safe and near grocery stores, restaurants and bars. There’s a beach within walking distance and several others within a short drive. It was also nice that the host provided beach towels.

I stayed for 2 months whilst working remotely. I felt so at home, it has everything you could need from great WiFi to a full kitchen to cook in. Despite being right in the middle of all of sea points best bars and restaurants I found it really quiete at night as the building is tucked away behind the Main Street. Perfect stay and dean is great and always quick to reply if you need anything.

The stay was cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything you could need from body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms to tea, coffee, and sugar. Host was always responsive which was very appreciated. The check in process was very rigid as, per building security, the host must be present to meet you and hand over the keys, all guests who visit must register with their ID with security. Take that as you will, but the area and building were very safe! Would definitely stay here again.

what a masterpiece. the windows all frame the ocean views perfectly and you can sleep to the sound of the ocean. the apartment in neat and spotless and you could feel right at home. fitted with everything you need also. absolutely loved it.

Great apartment in Sea Point which was a good base for our trip - visiting family nearby. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pool area looked lovely but we didn’t use it except to watch the sunset. Great to have secure parking and 24hour security. Adam was brilliant to deal with. Very responsive and flexible when it came to check out.
