Nancy’s place was great! Within quick driving to many things in Cape May like the downtown shopping. Walking distance to the beach. You could see the sunset nightly if clear! Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Had everything you’d need for a family getaway. I’d recommend.

What a lovely house right by the ocean! We truly enjoyed the peace of waking up with ocean sounds and views every morning. The house is well equipped for travellers’ needs. The deck was our favorite part and we tried to have most meals outside. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly grandmother. Would definitely come back!

Gail’s place was perfect for our annual beach trip with our friends and their kids. It was spacious enough for our group and the kids loved all the toys and the pool. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to lounge and plenty of amenities. Parking was very easy for 5 cars. Cape May was a short drive away and the house was 5 mins away from a grocery store. Everyone in the group enjoyed the house. The place was sparkling clean as well. Thanks for the memories Gail!

Brought my future sister in law and a few girls to celebrate the bride to be during a girls spa weekend. Property was clean and well kept. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and responsive. It was the perfect location in AC to be close to everything but still enjoy the peace and quiet.

The house was perfect and we had a wonderful stay.

It's a lovely house in a tranquil setting with lots of birding opportunities, biking and a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) to Slaughter Beach. Great indoor space plus a screened porch for dining alfresco and other porches/decks for relaxing. We also visited Broadkill Beach which is a 15 minute drive. Lewes or Rehoboth beaches are closer to 25 minutes.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect to comfortably accommodate the 10 of us, five families of long-time friends, for our annual reunion. The house is ocean front on the famous boardwalk, a location hard to beat. Yet, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving plenty of privacy. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The architecture allows for a perfect ocean views and sunrise watching. Three balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast and wide beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor shed was equipped with plenty of beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas, and a cart to lug them to the beach; all of these were new/in a very good shape. We lucked in with the mid-October weather to take full advantage of the beach and its proximity to the house. The host, Jason (and his agents) have been terrific. Very responsive before and during the stay. All in all, a perfect setting and great hospitality!

We love Liz’s place so much this is our third visit. Very clean, great location, and an unbeatable price for a beach town in the summer. 1000/10 recommend!

Florian's place in Rehoboth was great. Pictures perfectly show the apartment. Spotlessly clean! Although it is not in town, the place is close to the outlets, grocery stores and restaurants, and is a short drive to town and the beach. The unit is really comfortable, and has all the kitchen amenities one needs for a stay there. The grounds of the condo are really nice - surrounded by woods, and it is very quiet. Would definitely recommend it!

Krista’s home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. She was responsive to all needs such as adjusting the temperature because at times the house was very cold. She also was very flexible. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

My family had a wonderful stay at Linda’s. She is so responsive and even brought over a pack and play for our daughter. The house is clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Centrally located a short drive and about a 20 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. I would definitely recommend this to others!

Our stay at this comfortable condo was exactly what we needed it to be and more! When we walked inside, the property was larger than anticipated and in great condition. For three coupes, this was the perfect amount of space. We definitely felt like we were in a "home away from home" and after the quick and friendly responses from our host, we knew we were in good hands. Thank you!

Our family of 5 loved our time in the Rehoboth Beach area. Danielle was a responsive, friendly host and her home was a lovely respite from the bustling beach and boardwalk. We loved gathering in the open kitchen/dining & living room for family meals, movies, and games. The backyard and pool area is so peaceful & inviting, they clearly put a lot of thought and care into the outdoors and the whole home. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s well-situated just about a 7 minute drive to Rehoboth and a 15 minute drive to Lewes. Some recommendations we could offer include: making dish towels available in the kitchen (to avoid using too many paper towels), adding carpet treads to the stairs (the hardwood is beautiful but slippery), and refreshing the mattress in the second king bedroom (we found it overly soft). That said we loved our time and would happily stay again!

Home is perfect for a large family gathering. Pool, hot tub and outdoor patio are great for kids and adults. Indoors is amazing - plenty of bedrooms, large kitchen, and lots of indoor space. Short drive to Wildwood Boardwalk, Stone Harbor Beach, Cape May Zoo - which we did all, and really enjoyed. Plenty of great restaurants - went to several including Borghi’s By The Bay for breakfast. Borghi’s accommodated our large group, and food was spectacular - service was excellent. All of us (8 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful time. GREAT HOME IN GREAT LOCATION.

My fiancé, daughter and I had the best time at Scott’s place! Everything was just as described and Scott was extremely responsive if something was needed, and we were even lucky enough to have an early check-in. The place was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for the great hospitality! We will be back.

We rented Mara's home for a wedding weekend. There were 8 of us and the home was so perfect. The layout was awesome and we just felt right at home. It almost felt like we were staying in a friend's home rather than a rental--not sure how to describe it but it just felt clean and comfortable. For Avalon, the price was very good and we were so close to the wedding venue at the Avalon Yacht Club. It was a wonderful weekend!

House was great and had a beautiful view of the water. Restaurants were a drive but well worth it!

Jeannine was extremely helpful and flexible with checkout. The yard was gorgeous and our 2 dogs loved being out there almost the entire day. They had everything you needed from towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice touches with toothbrushes and little things you forget sometimes! Location is right down the road from a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Next time I am looking for a getaway in Cape May, I will be staying here!!

I want yo take my time and thank Xavier and Julie alot , for their 5 ⭐️ hospitality. Me and my family we loved the place it is even better then in the pictures. When they say “ i am one phone call away “ that’s exactly how Xavier and Julie was, just one phone call away for whatever we needed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. House is super clean and they left alot of activities for us as family of 4 to enjoy our time together. From now on this is our go to place. Thank you again Xavier and Julie for sharing your home with us and for amazing memories we created. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It was very easy to access the place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos. It’s a short walk to the beach but being on asberry ave was great. There are shops and restaurants that were so easy to access.

Robert was truly the best host we have stayed with. Responsive, kind and patient with my family. I can only hope my family will be able to stay here again. Thanks for an amazing stay Robert!

Megan’s place was top notch! She supplied everything a beachcomber could need. Very nicely furnished right down to the outdoor space. Love that she welcomes your pets and even has some things there for them as well! Would definitely stay there again!
