There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

Octagon Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house fully furnished. The Cottage is 100 years old and has been renovated.The Cottage is walking distance to shopping, movie theater, Restaurants,and public park you can see from the back porch. It’s near AmtrakStation. I will always be available for my guests and will always have my information listed in the Cottage. . The Cottage is 30 minutes from Brunswick Ga and 40 minutes from our beautiful beaches. The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It has queen and twin beds and also has a full bathroom with shower. AC and heat are provided as are towels and linens. A mini fridge and microwave have just been added. Finally, it has an HDTV with WiFi for enjoying movies or other entertainment.
