Motherby House

Motherby House is an 18th century grade II traditional farmhouse, the house has lost none of its original charm. Hooks embedded in oak beams show where bacon was once cured and log fires add to the warm homely atmosphere. Families are always welcome. Unwind and relax in our oak beamed living room with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee and a selection of home made cakes. There is off road parking and secure storage for cycles. The hamlet of Motherby, is positioned between Penrith and Keswick.

Kincora B&B

Kincora is a warm, and welcoming home from home for the adventurous traveller. Set in the beautiful village of Lairg - the gateway to the Scottish highlands.there is rooms two large rooms with loch views, with a private washroom with bath, a private sitting room with television and a conservatory. Breakfast, made to order, is included. My husband David and I want our guests to experience the best of Scottish hospitality, and will do our utmost to ensure that your stay is a memorable one.

Double Room in Stylish Hostel (The Dolphin Inn)

Situated in the historic town of Dunbar on the East Lothian coast, this newly opened hostel has been designed with retro vintage flair. The eleven rooms comprise doubles, twins and a large family / group room, some rooms are ensuite. The ground floor comprises a large lounge, separate dining area and self catering kitchen. There is also a sunny courtyard with secure bike shelters and a laundry. The hostel is a few minutes from the beach, harbour , High Street and railway station.

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

Weedingshall Lodge with hot tub

The lodges will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen area, cosy double bed, bathroom with a standalone shower, storage area and a large sofa that can be easily converted to another double bed. Your beds will be fully made up on arrival, with towels, Complimentary hamper of breakfast items, teas & coffees, kitchenette, free fast WiFi & large flat screen Smart TV, all the comforts of home while away. Relax within an open quiet location full of wildlife around.

Private room in a hostel. Kitchen, bathrooms and common areas shared with other guests. Located across from the train station and only a few minutes walk from the distillery. Situated in the former village primary school and school house set in an acre of ground. Surrounded by mountains and Loch Ericht only a few minutes walk away. Hot tub in summer house outside, available to use for a small fee during summer months.

A private contemporary bedroom at a stunning location in the heart of the Highlands. Located close to Plockton, the Isle of Skye, Eilean Donan Castle and some of the most breathtaking scenery in Scotland. PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU WOULD LIKE THIS ROOM MADE AS A TWIN OR SUPERKING. The room has a futon bed as a third bed option for a child/young adult. The Room has private access via an outdoor stairs.

Situated in a quiet residential area but a short walk to amenities - I offer a lovely twin room with desk area and window overlooking the local park. The property is under ten minutes walk from the Crosshill train platform which is less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Hampden Park (Scotland's National Stadium) is less then 10 minutes walk so very convenient for gigs and sports games.
