Ian has been a great host. The flat is exactly as described and was given a nice welcome pack when I arrived. Ian asked for feedback and I advised the bedroom could have done with a black out blind - he was there the next day to fit one. Very responsive.

Had a great stay in Montrose. Great location, five minutes walk to the beach and about a 10 minute drive from St Cyrus. The town centre is less than 10 minutes walk however we found the location really nice and quiet. Great flat, had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

We had a lovely stay in Aberdeen with our family. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area—perfect for relaxing after a day out. It had everything we needed, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely stay here again!

lovely 3 bed house, located close to train station and bus stops. Around the cornor from Glasgow Green. it was clean and tidy. Everything worked and was operational during our stay.

Lovely cottage which was spotlessly clean with fresh smelling bed linen and towels. In the heart of the village with lots of walks nearby for us with the dog. It's only 8 minutes drive to Beamish Museum, short drive to see Angel of the North, 20 minutes to Durham, 15 to Newcastle with Metro Centre close by too. Great restaurants within a few minutes - Soho Tavern (2 min walk), Guiseppes (1 minute walk) and Ravensworth Arms (2 minute drive) - all with amazing food and such friendly and welcoming staff. We also got a Tesco food delivery which was handy. Great sized fully enclosed garden and off road parking was a great bonus. Kitchen had every appliance you would need, heating was great (only had to use it once) and the shower was powerful with loads of hot water. Laura and Steven checked in with us via messages and responded quickly which we appreciated. We loved our visit here and wouldn't hesitate to return. Would recommend it to anyone.

Home from home. Perfect place for us stay even one night. We could easily have stayed longer if time had allowed.

Paul's place was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and it was very nice and quiet in the area, about a 15 minute walk, or 4 minutes drive, into town. The single bed in the upstairs room was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Paul was proactive about sending over instructions on how to get in and quick to respond to my messages. A few minor things to note - we found the dining chairs too tall for the table such that it was difficult to fit our legs under it (worked better without the seating cushions); and the bed in the master bedroom has a raised end which is not apparent from the photos (it was one of the reasons why we chose this house!) and my 6'8'' partner was worried it would be uncomfortable - but the bed actually turned out to be just long enough for him to sleep comfortably. A coffee table would have been useful to have too. Overall a great find, would stay here again.

Maureen is a lovely lady, it's a wonderful spot with privacy and everything you need. recommended. the kitchen facilities are fantastic instant hot water all the utensils you'd need or want even foil and cling film!

The house is huge both upstairs and down. Has all amenities you could want (and more) and is in a fantastic location. We only stayed one day for a Wedding but can't wait to get back to do some mountain and beach walking and explore the Glens and coast. The local people were brilliant and extremely friendly. Cushendall is only 3 miles away (there and back) for a good walk and then spend a few hours in the Mariners next door afterwards for a smashn pint of Guinness or two. Is maith sín.

Denis’s place is bright and comfortably laid out. The kitchen had all the utensils etc needed and was clean and convenient. There’s a good shower and the recycling system is obvious in the back yard. There were some interesting books about the local area and the back yard is a nice place to relax in a bit of sunshine out of the wind. The place is next to a One Stop shop which is very handy. It’s a main road but not very busy and there is greenery opposite to look out at. It was an easy walk from the station and also well located to get out of Carlisle for walks in a couple of directions. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a simple but comfortable place to stay.

Claire’s place was in a great location just off Byers Road with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near 2 subway stations. Loved Kember coffee shop and the Bombay Cafe which is nearby. Glasgow is definitely a place to visit with different things for everyone.

Cosy cottage with lots of character, in central location. Easy access to shops and sites. Could unload outside cottage, and then go to nearby on street parking. Booked cottage for overnight stay for the Taste of the Sea Festival. Exceeded all expectations when discovered that free breakfast was included at nearby cafe.

Perfect for our stay in Glasgow.

I absolutely loved Katie’s flat. If I get the chance to go to Glasgow again, I will rent her place. She has a great sense of style without clutter - it was very peaceful for me, and a beautiful place to sit and hang out. Easy to figure out how to cook in the kitchen. There’s a Sainsbury’s local just a block and a half from the flat where I got produce and wine and seltzer etc. The flat gets a lot of wonderful light! 10 minute walk to the train station. And it’s an easy walk. Deanston’s bakery below the flat is amazing. Fantastic cinnamon rolls - I had their vegan one. Great breads and an absolutely to-die-for vegan sandwich of roasted vegetables and hummus. Lots of great vegan dining if that’s your jam. The Glad Cafe, Hug, Spill the Beans, all great places within walking distance. (Also on that same street, Skirving, is the Honey Trap Bakery - all vegan and amazing.) Queen’s park is quite nearby and if you are missing your dog, go there - you will find plenty to pet.

Chloe was absolutely amazing! The best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the location was incredible, so much to do and just a quick walk to the beach.

I stayed at The Retreat for one wonderful night, I enjoyed the freedom of being able to come and go as I pleased. The host Dags was very helpful and answered my questions both by message and in person. A very lovely lady. The place itself was amazing, very peaceful and had a lovely view. If you are needing a night or two away I would 100% recommend this place, I will definitely be back. Clean, tidy, peaceful and a lovely host. 5⭐️
