Very nice, beautiful and spacious stay. Nice and spacious living room, wonderful beds in the bedrooms and everything you need is present! Pine and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The cottage is a fifteen-minute drive from Bergen city center and less than half an hour from the beautiful beach. Nice to visit! Furthermore, you can relax at the cottage.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. Thank you for everything, Saskia and Flip.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!

We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the place very much. The kitchen is top and modern. The bedrooms were never too cold despite the opened windows. The beds were not too hard or too soft. The bathroom is a little small but you get used to it. Ella was always very friendly and responded quickly when we had trouble with the wifi. The handyman will come soon to get it back to a reasonable speed. A free and free parking space was always available, which is not self-evident in the Netherlands. We can fully recommend Ella's place.

I felt very comfortable in the small cottage of Anna-Marijke. It is very individually and lovingly furnished. A hair dryer and a few kitchen utensils were provided especially for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect to the TV because it was not compatible with my Samsung. Anna-Marijke would have checked it right away, but for me it was so okay. In the best weather I preferred to explore the beautiful area or chilled in the small, sweet backyard, I was lucky, the apple tree was in full bloom, a dream. It is within walking distance to the city center. However, I would recommend a bike for exploring mountains and surroundings that you can easily put in the backyard (the bike rental mentioned in the reviews is no longer there, but there are possibilities in the city center). I highly recommend this place. Anna-Marijke is a particularly warm person and she was always available before and during the trip.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped (including blender, blender, Senseo, capsule - and filter coffee machines, lots of cutlery, crockery and glasses, washing machine and dryer, many multimedia options, board games), which we only used in part.

In the heart of Alkmaar, exactly what I was looking for! The church bell chime every 15 minutes 😅 24/7

The apartment and courtyard fully corresponded to the information and published pictures. Very clean, tastefully and lovingly furnished, many small extras. Very quiet location, within walking distance to the center. Machteld welcomed us very nicely, is always approachable and has good tips for excursions, food, etc.

good communication with Reinie from the start. Guest house even more beautiful than the photos show. Very warm welcome and upon arrival there was a surprising treat ready. I had a few nice days and immediately booked for next year.

There are beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, easy to reach by car, can meet the needs of life, downstairs there is a garden, in the yard sunbathing is very comfortable.Parking at the door is also very convenient

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.

Great stay, beautiful location easy walk from Alkmaar station, has everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Very close to restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, attractions and public transportation. Apartment was right on the canal and had a beautiful view out the front window. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.
