The place is fully renovated with double glass windows and soundproofing for a restful night’s sleep. Just be prepared for some narrow stairs, though, they are worth it!

In the area you'll find many bars and restaurants, easy access to public transport and 2 large green parks. Rent a bike and within 15 minutes you are in the city center!

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. This cozy summer house is located on our yard behind our home. It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.
