Very nice flat. Close to ski area.

Everything worked great, very nice view. We were very satisfied.

We (family with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay in the apartment at the resort. The apartment is clean and looks cozy. Space is more spacious than it looks from the pictures. The pool and sauna are clean and we used it a lot. Sometimes it was a bit busy in the pool, but logical considering it was peak season. We made great use of the National Parc Card we got after logging into the Pam-Villas area. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back here.

A dream!! It was so perfect, it felt like home! 3 nights were like a week away, you are happy to come "home" again in the evening, it is centrally located, you can just chill on your own terrace, the views are a dream. The layout of the apartment is perfect, the house itself is also a dream, with everything you need, even if the weather is not so nice...you don't even have to leave the house. Even without a car, you can get quickly and easily from a to b, shop, hike, what your heart desires. It's so nice that we would also like an apartment there. It was our 2nd time at the house but this apartment is unbeatable!! If you have a question, you always get an answer immediately and quickly!! We have already looked for free data, but it always seems to have been fully booked. We are honored to have had the opportunity to have stayed there. Always happy to come back!

I felt very comfortable at the place. For a week, the studio apartment was completely sufficient. You had everything you need. The two hosts were extremely friendly and always available. I felt very well taken care of. In addition, the apartment has a good location if you want to ski. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to Saalbach.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

The apartment is very easy to find and central. Apartment is corresponding to the description and you have enough space. I found the flexible check-in to be positive.

The place is great for skiers and definitely for hiking in the summer. The arrangement was absolutely great and everything as agreed. It was very nice to have pastries, milk, coffee, and tea available. Basic spices salt, pepper and sugar as well. All I have to point out is paid parking. It would look much more welcoming if the price was higher and there wasn't a car.

Beautiful apartment for family of 5. A lot of space, nice deck outside. Close to the village with baker, supermarkets and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Markus' apartment is one of the coolest accommodations I've been able to visit so far. The decor is totally crazy but at the same time very cozy. There were 6 of us and we all immediately liked it and felt very homely. The mattress in the beds are absolutely top. Nice and firm and you can sleep wonderfully in it. In addition, everything was super clean and smelled good. The equipment of the kitchen is excellent and you can start cooking right away as there is oil, spices and enough equipment on site. Highly recommend. Especially for larger groups really great. We had a spontaneous additional guest for one night and that was no problem after a short consultation without extra charge. Great host, happy to come again!

Large apartment on the ground floor, very clean. Pros: Excellent matress of the bed - seldom slept so good! Two toilets - one in bathroom, one separate toilet. Bathroom with a bath tub instead of a shower Large living room Cons: I missed an oven tube for baking pizza. - 4 hotplates for cooking were available.

The apartment is very nice! It has all the amenities, and it's very clean too! The location is very good.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house! The pictures don't do it justice, because it's much nicer and cosier in real-life. Awesome rooms, comfy beds, a hotel-like sauna in the basement—we really didn't wanna leave. The hosts, Monika and her husband were really lovely—always available, kind and helpful, and they really made our stay even better. As we were late coming in on our first day, we went skiing for a couple of hours in Eben (a couple of minutes by car from the house) and ended up skiing most days there (instead of Flachau, which was out intended destination). All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommended. It extremely spacious, too—it hosted two families of 8 people in total, no problem. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year 😀

Nice quiet accommodation in a brilliant area. It is easy to do by public transportation. Due to the Berchtesgader pass, you can travel for free by public transport in the area, which is super convenient. From Berchtesgaden station, very frequent buses are within walking distance of the stay. From the house you can easily walk to the Jennerbahn and take other walks and you are also so at the Königssee to sail. We came by train from the Netherlands and did not miss our car. The house is neat and tidy with a great kitchen and bathroom. Good to know that you have to go through one bedroom to get into the other bedroom.

We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's! A great vacation home, lovingly prepared, sparkling clean and cozy. The children loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

Very nice place to stay with a fantastic pool and sauna next to it. Beautiful garden. In the basement still table tennis and much more to linger the bad weather. Jacuzzi is in the garden and we did not use it as the garden was shared with the landlords and we lacked privacy. The amenities in the house are not the newest, but everything is there, clean and in good condition. We will be happy to come back.

Peaceful location away from the city. Maxi (the cat) was a great host – stood guard not allowing other cats in the house and even brought us a tiny mouse as a present. We didn't realize it at first, but there is also a hedgehog living somewhere in the garden – it comes at night and loudly eats from the cat's bowl outside Mind the shop's working hours. It's open at 6-13 Monday - Friday, 6-12 Saturday and 7-10 Sunday

Comfortable, cozy house, fully equipped, an excellent choice for a large company. The ski resort is 20 minutes by car. Sandor is very attentive, always ready to help and answer questions. We really liked the wine cellar. It was nice to receive 2 bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Thank you very much Sandor, we recommend staying in your house

Two nights are really too little on this beautiful farm. We will be back. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We had booked the accessible apartment,it is equipped with everything you need. Clean and cozy. If you open the door in the morning, you will be greeted friendly by Sissi (dog)and the cats. The warm pool in the pond is a dream even in colder temperatures. There are also pedal boats with which you can explore the pond. The entire yard is very well maintained . There is also a small farm shop with fresh eggs from the farm,jam , hemp oil ,dog food made of hemp etc. and great products from the region. In the pasture there are many chickens horses donkey llamas ,which you can see how well they are there. Elisabeth and her family are really great hosts,you feel very comfortable at the farm. Can only recommend
