Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

AN OASIS OF QUIET NEW, finely furnished - small apartment located halfway between Merano and Bolzano, surrounded by apple orchards, vineyards and woods. Consisting of a double bedroom (plus a possible crib), equipped kitchen, bathroom, ideal for couples or business travelers. The apartment, adjacent to that of the owners, is equipped with independent cooling and heating, private parking and Wi-Fi connection. Possibility to take advantage of a quiet garden with relaxation area.

In a very idyllic, quiet location amidst the beautiful mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the vacation apartment 1 in Brugghof is located in the village of "Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde St. Felix" (Senale-San Felice). The newly furnished vacation apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 6 guests. Additional amenities include SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. A baby crib and high chair are also available upon request.

Chalet De Ultimis is located amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ulten Valley in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern vacation home features an open-plan kitchen-living room with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a couch area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. It can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" ( ab Ostern 2023 eröffnet )wurde von unserem Studio als Designapartment konzipiert, streng Made in Italy und mit Möbeln, die Designgeschichte geschrieben haben. Im Wohnzimmer steht der berühmte ovale Tulip-Tisch und im Außenbereich der runde Tisch von Eero Saarinen, begleitet von Moises-Stühlen, die als Kunstwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts gefeiert wurden.
